Purchased a used car from them, I told them that could've at least put some fresh rubber on the vehicle. The rear driver side tire was flat when we arrived and that's where the problem begins. Be I test drove it all they said was I put air in the tire. Now a week or so out I've been noticing that the tire keeps losing air. Now I'm at les swhaub trying have a flat fixed and can't, why? There are wheel locks on all the wheels and I wasn't given a wheel lock key. Called dealership and they said it's their problem. So much for the raved review I left before... dishonest dealerships still exist

So...my initial review was 💯 until the current issue with the tire being flat and we ended up at les swab 3 cities away from that dealership only to find out the wheels have 🔒 locks!!! I called the dealership and Rob after telling me he was semi retired 😅 and it really had nothing to do with this current situation transfers me to his manager which told me...it was used and nothing they could do about it... I feel that a remedy could have helped being the car was purchased 1week ago atleaste pay half to get those locks cut off but to take that stance of oh well...your issue not ours makes me take back the honesty in this dealership back... too good to be true in a honest dealership... we weren't even told it had locks on the wheels b4 purchase. The blue kia Soul... 💙

I needed to buy a new car and knew I needed to call Rob Brummel at Kia / VW / Hyundai. This is my third purchase from this dealership and second from Rob Brummel. I know that Rob is honest and will give me a fair deal. He is a good Christian family man, I enjoy working with him a lot. We were very happy with Alex in finance. He is the nicest and friendliest finance person I have ever experienced at any dealership. Going through the paperwork with him was like having a friend or family member with us. Great experience. The other reason I come here is because you buy a car once but have to get it serviced several times a year. The service department at this location is top-notch. The last time I was here, Andrew treated me as good as sons treat their mothers. I will always return to this dealership and appreciate them all around.
