Jodi was absolutely awesome with the selling of our property as well as the new house we purchased. We really were blessed by getting to know her and Lynn. They are extreme hard workers and will not lead you astray. They helped us work through many obstacles along the way and in the end we were estatic with the results. Please call them you won't regret it!!

Yes. I had a horrible horrible experience JB stay away for sure. People of color they truly dont want there in my experience. I agree with below comments. The bad thing about we paid our rent on time and we were forced out due to them raising rate on purpose to get us out. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I was told that I was approved until they met me in person and saw I was a person of color then they told me the same property was rented! And the property is still on their site as if it's still available ! Stay away if you expect to be treated like a human. Horrible experience.

Warning about this company, do not use them. They like to rob Military People.We rented a house on 9 GrandiFlora Lane on February 1, 2014 and we moved out on June 30, 2015. We gave the real estate Pam 30 days' notice and later it was transferred to Jamie Bastian. Also, I sent the notice again to Jamie Bastian. We gave the house cleaned and we took pictures and video of the house. We paid people to clean and cut grass in the yard. Jamie Bastian is whitholding our deposit unfairly. On June 30, 2015, she came to do inspection in the house, my husband and I was there in the house. She said everything is good and she took pictures, she will mail on deposit back on 30 days. She still hurt us and stole our deposit. I called her and even call the owner of the company Martha. She agreed of the real estate did to our military family. Our deposit was suppose to be $1050.00 and she sent us $431.12. Do not use this place for business: specially For Rent in Beaufort. They are not honest, no integrity. That is very embarrassing of her (Jamie Bastian) said she spend $100.00 for a grass I paid people to cut for me.
