I had a great experience purchasing my Lexus TX 500h! From the test drive to price negotiation and the final purchase, the entire process went smoothly. The dealership made everything easy and enjoyable, and they had my car ready for pickup on the promised date, which I really appreciated. A special shout-out to Usaa, the salesperson who helped us throughout the process! He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and took the time to let us test-drive two different models so we could compare their performance and ride comfort before making our decision. During pickup, Usaa went above and beyond by patiently walking us through all the car’s features, showing us how to set up the app, and explaining how to use Apple CarPlay. He made sure we felt comfortable with our new vehicle before we left the dealership. Thank you, Usaa, for your outstanding service and professionalism! Overall, this was an excellent car-buying experience, and I would highly recommend both Usaa and the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Lexus.

We recently bought a Lexus RX and had a wonderful experience working with Danny. With a new baby, we took our time comparing several cars, went on multiple test drives, and asked a lot of questions. Danny was patient and helpful through all of it and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He answered our emails quickly, explained the paperwork clearly, and worked with us to reach a price that fit our budget. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
