This was my first time getting a pre-purchase inspection done and I’m so glad I came across this place online. The service was outstanding, the shop was really cool, and the process was way quicker and easier than I had anticipated. If I ever need service done, I will definitely put these guys at the top of my list and I really appreciate the help with my pre-purchase inspection! I also thought the price was more than fair. Such amazing service! I’ve really enjoyed my experience here, they really are there to help and they always seem to have reasonable prices. They also got me out of a pickle once when my car was close by and not turning on. I continue to go back and feel so much less stressed booking my appointment. Really open to answering my questions and being honest about the health of my car!

We brought my daughter's Mini cooper to this place for a warranty engine replacement from Carmax. They had to have picked out the worst engine they could find. I cant possibly list all the problems that it had, but the quoted repairs along with the previously paid for repairs was in excess of $7,000. This was just 2 years into the replacement. Now, it's interesting that once one thing was fixed, another thing went down. Okay, things happen. This last was the final straw. In March, we brought the car in for a check engine light....again. we were told it was an oil leak and ignition coil. $695. 2 weeks later, another check engine light. This time a major oil leak valve covers. Quoted $975 plus $200 for complete oil leak check. Complained that they were in fact the ones who chose the engine that went into the car, asked what kind of discount they would give us because there has been nothing but problems with this engine. Their response? "Sorry, the warranty is expired". I wasn't having any of that so they finally agreed to give us the $200 oil leak check for free. Picked up the car, got the paperwork. Was told "everything is okay". Asked if there were any more oil leaks and was assured there wasn't. Said so on the paperwork. Two days later, brought it back in because there was a big puddle of oil on the driveway. Now there is, along with other things, several major oil leaks!!! Asked what happened, the inspection showed no more leaks!. They said the guy who did the work and inspection was no longer working there. Quoted cost? $4800!!!. NO WAY! Took the car to a private mechanic. Showed him the repair summary form the last two repairs. He said it didn't look like the valve covers we paid over 900 dollars for were even touched. He couldn't tell that any work had even been done. He did the major work on the oil leaks and the car has stopped leaking oil, thankfully. The cost of repairs has gotten out of control. Then to find out it looked like the work was not done in the first place!!!! What do you think? Should we get a refund? I will definitely never bring a car here again. Please use caution when bringing your car to any mechanic, but for goodness sake, steer clear of this one!!!

King’s Cross got my Jag back on the road! They did what other shops could not do and fixed the electronic systems including Technical Support from Jaguar services to get things back to factory settings again. Michael and his team did great things on my car. I couldn’t be happier with the results
