October 2, 2025GoogleMy car was totalled, but had low miles. It was repaired and looks like it wasn't wrecked at all. No issues and looks great. When I show people the before and after photos, they can't believe that it's the same car. Hasn't been back for anything. Highly recommend.

October 11, 2024GoogleScam business Inflating repair estimates. Crooks. Just one question made him defensive and argumentative. Couldn’t explain why 2 doors *replaced* incurred 20 hours of labor. He started talking about them being dented in. I didn’t ask the extent of damage Like yes, it doesn’t take hours to determine replacement when it’s visually obvious. Separately 10 hours listed for paint so it can’t be that. 30 hours to take off and put on 2 vehicle doors. Clearly has a guilty conscience because he changed the subject instead of responding He could have simply said “ yes it took me 20 full hours to put 2 doors on because _____ “ Or yes we charge a flat rate in this circumstance/ We go by a book rate. …. His response was unwarranted. He argued like I’m paying him directly and refuting the cost. Not the case - it was not necessary for Mike to act crazy in a recorded call. I’m simply asking why it says 20 hours for replacing 2 doors. He tried to insult me by saying “we don’t talk to people who wreck their cars” … That’s what your entire business is, Mike. I’m completely within reason to inquire about the bill you are producing.
