Battery died and had it towed in. They took great care of me and provided full details of the battery issue but other items that needed attention. Luke was an absolutely great and walked me through every aspect of the estimate. They completed all the repairs fast and efficiently. Will definitely be bringing the truck back here for regular maintenance. Thanks!

Great customer service, very thorough, got a price and was pleased surprised. Got the parts in and my car was ready within an hour and a half. Ashley my service writer went above and beyond to take care of my needs!! Highly recommend Integrity!!! Ashley and team made my car the bougiest car in Plano!!! And now shining !!!

This is first time I tried getting servicing done other than official dealer. They have been extremely professional, where after detailed check they just suggested which are absolutely required and not up selling anything which is not required immediately. Happy with the experience and will definitely reach out to them in future :) Worked with Jeb and he is great with explaining things clearly 👍🏻

Very kind people and efficient work. Took my car in same day for a state inspection and had it completed in about 25 minutes from arrival. Justin was very nice and answered additional questions I had and even looked at my car afterward free of charge. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience at Integrity 1st Automotive, North Plano! I was immediately greeted and my vehicle inspection was quickly initiated by Nick. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. I was in and out within 30 minutes! I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who performed the inspection, but he was kind, efficient, and professional. Hats off to the owner for Nick, Frankie and the staff of excellent service professionals.. They made my visit comfortable and stress free!
