Love my truck. Can't stand the service department. 2 years ago, I was hit in a traffic accident. The truck was brought into Ford for repair. They told me parts weren't available and they would call me when they came in. A year later I went to check on it and to get service done and they said they had no record of my truck ever being there for repair, and they said I needed more parts but they would have to be ordered as well, so they would call me. Now today I tried to check on it, and the lady on the phone wouldn't even let me tell her what parts I needed. Do yourself a favor and if you buy a vehicle here, skip the offered service package. Find a local mechanic instead and avoid at all costs.

They wanted $29.00 for a tiny plastic part that I got a O'Rieley Auto Parts for $3.99 and it was a perfect fit.

New Vehicle I was looking for was in transit. Brian SEIDMAN’, my second time purchasing a vehicle from him, outstanding again, kept me in loop went above n beyond to show me all options, He is such a nice pleasant gentleman to work with. He went back and forth with the Finance guy and Rohel and they got me a great deal on my trade in and new purchase I could deal with. I added things on the day I was to pick up but they were able to get it all done on time and delivered to me the day promised.

No communication until after we initiated. Each time truck has gone in for an oil change it has been kept for 7+ hours. Dropped it off for an 8am appointment today and called at 3pm to check on the oil change. No response. They called back and said the truck was done around 3:30. Why make an appointment to drop off at 8am if it’s not going to be worked on right away? We have had some rude interactions with staff members as well.

Big Mahalo Nui to Matt Viescas sales & Rohel Ruiz the finance manager! I was treated like family from the start. Kind, prompt & respectful! Never pushy & gave time for us to think about what was best for our family. I was mistreated at another dealerships treated like I wasn’t worth anyone’s time bc I couldn’t make a quick decision. For us time is hard to manage with our baby. & I was treated all the way through with ALOHA! I will absolutely give my buisness & HIGHLY recommend Matt & Rohel again. Thank you for shipping to Kauai as cars are hard to find on island! Let’s support Maui! God bless you both!

Have a great experience with Brian Seidman buying my 2026 Ford Maverick. I used the Costco Auto program, but he showed me that I would get a better deal with the Ford friends and family promotion. Not pushy at all and overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
