The whole team at first choice auto was great, Mack and nick were great to work with since the beginning, once nick stepped in he finish the whole job within 3 weeks to a month, which he probably would have finished much sooner if all the parts were there to begin with. Great spot to take your vehicles, I will definitely be coming back if I ever need more work done.

Mack was very nice and he did get back with me but Nick who has stepped in was spectacular when it came to getting my vehicle tottaly restored back in a timely manner, Nick was very polite and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle, Nick was honest with me when it came to problems with my vehicle overheating, I would highly recommend First Choice Automotive because of my service experiences with Nick

I spent a lot of Money with this Car Shop, not once did I get my Money worth. He go get part from the Junk Yard to replace the parts that’s wrong with the vehicle. I will not recommend this Shop if you have a foreign car, he will charge you 3k to fix your Foreign vehicle, & all your part come from a Junk Yard, so you’ll be right back in the same position spending the same amount of Money Over & Over & Over Again ..

Finally found a repair shop that is 100 % trustworthy. Took Benz c300 4matic here and questioned some codes that another shop had given me and led me to believe that I was about to pay for more repairs. I came here and got a free diagnostic done and I am waiting for the final quote for parts and labor. Once I have everything done then I will come back and update my post. BUT, this is a place that I plan to keep on my list and it will definitely be at the top. Now I know most of you who have been on my page knows that I just DO NOT GIVE 5 stars, but I have given out a few. I believe once everything is done with I will be updating my review to 5 stars. But right now in the North Dallas TX area this is the place where everyone needs to come, or just check them out and go from there. But I am confident that if you show up you will keep coming back for all of your automotive needs.
