The worst experience you can ever have He scam you by charging money just for telling you the problem then he ask for crazy like double the market price and if refuse to do the work in his shop he already have the money He was do Alignment for my car then the just broke it again because I refused to go in his way even when I said I will pay for the alignment So in short describe if he didn’t take a lot of your money for nothing he did want deal with you so be careful Also he was taking with his employees with different language because he don’t want you understood what he trying to do That was my experience with him like am not trying to have something free but you should tell me the problem and I have the choice to do in your shop or not of you sure you charge like the market and you already was charging alignment fee and not fixing the problem

Owner was rude and was yelling

I was in a hurry. I just went there to get my brake light fixed. I had already put a new bulb in my brake light. I must’ve been just loose or something. They pushed it in charge me $25. They did nothing but take it a loose and put it back together and they tried to send me into the office so that I didn’t see but I did see and I’m giving a review about it and they were very rude. The whole staff outside mechanics. check out prime a few blocks down before you go there

Manager at International tire Co is rude,was asking for him to listening to a noise coming from around the engine bay. Instead of asking me,politely, to pop the hood,,he impolitely demanded me, unprovoked by me, I addressed the issue, but he did not apologize or correct him.I left .We all deserve respect. I took my business elsewhere,I suggest you do the same! Good reviews can be manipulated by the employees!

This company falsely claimed to have replaced a TPMS sensor and violated federal law to my 70yo mother and stole $20. specifically the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's (NHTSA) "make inoperative" prohibition under 49 U.S.C. § 30122(b), which prohibits service providers from making a safety device inoperative and returning the vehicle to use. This action could also lead to penalties under state laws, potentially involving fraud or deceptive business practices for misrepresenting the service performed. They messed with the wrong people. We are suing them.
