Visited San diego for the first time and went here and tried the poke and before we came back to arizona i had to stop and get me some fresh stuff to bring back and I gotta say thank you so much for packing it up so perfect it was still fresh on my way back to phoenix ! Thank you so much

We got big eye tuna and cooked it up tonight with a little salt and pepper, olive oil and butter. It was amazing. Wish we got more. We also got shrimp ceviche and that was outstanding. We were given samples of the dry-aged tuna as well and my son loved that. Will be back for more!

From the ocean to Chula. . . What a fantastic place and right next door is Tommy. Chula has phenomenal prices and excellent staff. Forget all the other places. . . Come here and also go next door to Tunaville

Great spot to get super fresh fish (right off the boat) at decent prices. Restaurant quality! You would pay more than double at Albertson's...I like swordfish! Cook with mesquite. You're welcome!

I own local vacation rentals in the Point Loma/OB area. Guests coming to the west coast are often looking for recommendations on where to buy fresh fish to grill. Chula is the only fish house I recommend. Time and time again my guests go out of their way to tell me (or write in the guest book) how fabulous it was. Our family goes for the Black Sea Bass and the Salmon most often. Top quality cuts at great prices.

Amazing from start to finish. Let’s say I have cooked over 400 lbs of mongered fresh fish from this place. They also provided a specialty product for me that I used for good and wine. Not telling you what it is. Text is best.
