Came all the way from Boston Mass and was not impressed. Went on Labor Day and the two young men working, had terrible customer service. On top of all that packaging is terrible I ordered 5 drinks. 3 of the same and 2 others all bottles look identical juice same color and no labels to differentiate. Got all the way home just for the tops not to be secured!!!

Poor quality produce. Old coconuts and the watermelons. I ordered a watermelon and pineapple juice. Imagine my surprise when the employee pulled out a can of Dole pineapple juice and mixed it with some watermelon juice! That is not fresh squeezed juice! Poor hygiene by staff as well. There was a younger male filling coconut water bottles and scratching his head with his bare fingers and touching the coconuts and bottles. I've been coming here for a few years and the quality has been falling off. I will not be supporting this business anymore.

It sucks because I used to love ordering from here, but the delivery guy was so rude. I ordered a few times, orders over $70 for family get togethers (& i tip the delivery driver on top of that) but the last delivery i couldn't overlook the rudeness, after i tipped he didn't even say thank you & treated me like he was doing me the favor for delivering my order. He called me 1st and was shocked that I expected him to deliver to my door lol. So im supposed to pay $70 plus a tip & come out to your car to get two huge watermelons & other items? I believe in supporting Black businesses, but they just gotta work on their customer service.

Just came from there me and my husband did a late night run and they had the young boys working that lightskin young boy with the dread was amazing he was working very hard and handled me like an professional for a young man he told me everything i need to know about health I love buying my watermelon from here and the watermelon beet juice from here there open 24/7

My family and I will continue to buy Black owned however, I couldn’t support this business because they chose not to extend respect and customer service to me. I mention that because this company highlights and leads with this very great redemption origin story and Black owned image. I had just dropped my son off to boxing and was excited to purchase a couple watermelon so he could have some after practice. As I walked up there must have been 4 black men, and none of them said hello, or acknowledged my presence. One got up from his seat and took a cup of liquid and threw it next to me. There was one who turned and spit, not towards me but towards the ground to the side. That was my cue to leave. To me those were signals of disrespect, like language to tell me I was unwelcome. I shook my head and started to turn right back around towards my car, and someone still sitting in their chair decided to speak with no eye contact. It was so bazaar. There were literally several Black men sitting around with no customers, and a Black person (I’m a Black woman) shows up to support their company, and they chose to show nothing but disrespect. I was absolutely disappointed. I guess they feel they’re a long way from where they started, and fortunately I understand I have a choice as to where I spend my hard earned money. People do better.

TAYLOR IS THE BEST! Watermelon with Seeds is so hard to find and they always have it and it's so delicious and sweet and they'll always give you a wedge to eat while you're there. The yellow watermelon is heaven and they make fresh juice too.

Watermelon is the best in the neighborhood. Wouldn’t recommend them for cut watermelon or juices get a whole watermelon and cut/ juice it yourself. I like that they hire young people from the neighborhood. The kids need to learn about customer service and food handling. I’ve watched them drop things without rinsing them off and had an attitude when I mentioned it and gave me a dirty bag. Just gross 🤮

Taylor has great customer service and understands the community appreciate this young man.

I heard the watermelon was good but never got to try it, just got attitude from light skin girl with dreds

Loved coming here at first tried to support but never again light skin with the dreads got attitude for no reason.
