The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. And the facility is well stocked. Update: I had another outstanding experience at Atlantic, a day or two ago. Every staffer who assisted me was terrific. And Jay, who handled the transaction, could not have been more patient, knowledgeable, and generous with his time. Kudos to Atlantic Guns! Further update: I had another fine experience at Atlantic Guns, a week or so ago. The staff members continue to impress me with their knowledge and kind customer service.

They have consistently provided exceptional service and support since I became a client in 2008, back when their operations were based at their previous Rockville location near the downtown area.

I just wanna say big shoutout to Jay , Soni ,Ryan and Double A Alex very cool peoples very helpful and reliable if you need any fire arm they will most definitely do there best to get it. If you have any simple questions these guys are literally excited to help you find the answers you are looking for, all of them have super positive energy and are very respectful and resourceful highly recommend Atlantic gun !!

I recently took their CCW renewal class, and they were very knowledgeable and kept the class lively and entertaining. The 8 hours flew by. I'll be coming back for my next renewal.

I recently visited to buy my first hunting rifle, going in with very little knowledge. Ryan and Sani were very patient, helping me find a firearm that fit both my preferences and my budget. Highly recommended

New to firearms ownership at seventy! Jay helped with a Sig P365, new, never fired, where the slide had locked up as I was reassembling it. User error, no doubt. Jay fixed it in less than a minute. Anyhow, cheerful, most helpful service, no charge. Worth the drive from DC, I’ll be a repeat customer.

I completed the 2 day Maryland wear and carry permit training course with Atlantic Guns and found it extremely educational and well-organized. Jay and Kyle were both engaging instructors and really made everyone in the class feel comfortable no matter their experience handling firearms. They are very helpful and guide you through the whole process of obtaining your license. Overall, I really enjoyed the class and learned a ton of valuable information. Looking forwarding to visiting the store soon to make my first purchase!

Took the 16hr qualification course for Md’s Conceal permit. Jay and Kyle were awesome at giving you all the info needed and more. Took their time explaining all important key points. Highly recommend them for all your gun needs and classes.

I had an awesome experience taking my Maryland Wear & Carry course with Jay and Kyle. From the beginning, they made the class feel comfortable, welcoming, and easy to follow. What really stood out to me was how knowledgeable and patient they both were. They never made you feel like there was a bad question, and instead of just running through the material to get everyone certified, they took the time to explain things, share real-world knowledge, and make sure we actually understood what we were learning. You could tell they genuinely cared about everyone becoming safer, more knowledgeable, and more responsible firearm owners.

Took their 16 hr CCW classes over the weekend. Was a wonderful and super informative experience as a SUPER beginner. Shoutout to Jay and Kyle for always welcoming and answering any and all questions and most importantly keeping it real. I would recommend this course to anybody!

This is a great store, I've bought nearly every gun I've owned from them, 10 in all over many years - and the staff has always been friendly and professional. Sometimes you'll have to wait a while in store for help and I've seen people get grumpy about it, but that's because the staff is going to take as much time as they need with each customer to give them excellent service. When it's your turn you'll receive the same excellent service. I'd recommend Atlantic to anyone in the area interested in firearms. They also offer some training courses, I've gone through one of them and found it to be very well executed - the trainers were entertaining and engaging while remaining professional and informative.

Always pleased with my visits here. Fair priced friendly service. The big this is the employees acknowledge every customer and if its busy, they explain the delays and actively check with eachother to get the next available employee to help you as soon as possible. Thanks Jon and Steve G

Store is clean, staff is somewhat knowledgeable about what they are selling. The biggest issues I have is that the items they sell are priced anywhere from 10% to 30% MORE than other stores. (Some items it's cheaper to buy directly from the manufacturer and ship it directly home) which is ridiculous, they rarely have any good deals and it can take up to 50 minutes to process ONE firearm purchase.

Atlantic Guns is, imo, the best firearms dealer in the area. Their staff are all well informed, experienced, and bend over backwards to help. Professional but friendly, I go to them first not only for hardware, but advice and recommendations. They provide a number of services as well, such as firearm transfers, training and alplications/registration of firearms and related equipment. I cannot speak highly enough of them, and recommendations them to anyone looking to acquire, sell or modify their fire arms. Five stars!

I had an amazing experience with Linn, I bought a S&W FPC and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I also purchased a glock 43 with Ryan and he was also very helpful and nice. Both processes were extremely smooth and easy and they helped get in and out quickly! I appreciate you guys. Best gun store in the area.

I had a great experience at Atlantic Guns, especially working with Brooke. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for. Brooke was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
