Great place for supplies

They accept empty Soda Stream CO2 bottles and give you 40% off replacements! Very helpful and friendly staff. I bought some hard to find laundry stain remover, Zout, for the win! They carry Rust Stain Remover by Whink, also hard to find locally. I would rather buy at a local store than on Amazon. They carry locally made products too, coffee and honey that I saw, might have others.

extremely disappointed.. talked to an owner on Monday about window screens .. drove there to have two disinterested employees on Wednesday almost immediately try to tell me the job couldnt be done.. it was so ridiculous how quickly he denied service while having the other guy look something up but never asking him about it before again saying he could not help.. i think i had a phillies shirt on with dancing bears. maybe politics lol. the whole experience was really weird.. would not make me want to shop here again. got it done up the street without issue.

I’m up from Suffolk Virginia and my Hotwater Heater on my fifth wheel needed an anode, mine was bad and leaking. I ordered online and the manager called to let me know the Ace Hardware was closed but he would meet me to pick up my purchase. That is above and beyond for service. I was absolutely thrilled that he could complete my order and I could hook up my water to the camper.

Clean place with nearly the same selection of items as big box stores. I prefer to shop at places like this because the staff are knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.

Friendly people. Lots of "hardware" store stuff. Had everything I was looking for.

Friendly employees, clean and organized store, and great hours. My experiences with the paint desk have been nothing but bad. I waited 20 mins for a gallon of paint to be mixed, only to discover the wrong brand paint and sheen was used (despite specifying twice). After spending another 10 mins finding the color in the system again and getting the gallon, it was once again NOT the specified paint, though I caught it before mixing this time. On another occasion, I was told a paint sample couldn’t be mixed, only a half pint. Knowing the half pint IS the sample size, I asked the employee what the cost was and was given the cost of a half gallon. I would expect a paint desk employee to know the difference between a pint and gallon at a minimum. Today I arrived at the store at 2:23 and, despite being open, was told there was nobody there who knows how to mix paint. Maybe come here for hardware and other needs, but go elsewhere for paint.

I needed a special screw. Amazing customer service here. They went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and the price was great too!
