Chris was absolutely awesome today, needed to get a vape mod for my wife, He was very personable and very knowledgeable.. love this vape store !!! Have been going here for quite a while and everyone if fantastic.. I would highly recommend..

I came in last night and Morgan was helpful and answered every question I had with great explanation as well as gave me a very personable experience you don’t normally get at a business like this. Everyone here has always been nice but yall gotta keep her !!!

This is by far my favorite shop, and the only one I go to anymore. The store is always well stocked with a wide variety of products, and there are always new things showing up. This evening Chris helped me with my purchase, and as always he was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to come here and shop with employees like Chris on staff.

The dude Chris always helps me find exactly what I need. He knows what he's talking about, and offers the perfect recommendations to fit my requests. Great guy and awesome worker.

Love this place, walk in, get what you need, and then get out, always quick. The workers there are knowledgeable as well and easy to get along with. A worker named Chris is hands down the guy I prefer to check me out, he’ll hook you up quick and get you outta there. Best vape shop in Dunn, easily.

We love this store. Chris is so knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. All the staff are always helpful and polite. Chris just goes a little above and beyond with information and knowledge. If you want excellent customer service and honest clean product ditch the rest and try the best at 421 Vape and Smoke!

I recently stopped by 421 VAPOR TOBACCO during my lunch break looking for a simple cigarette lighter, but the service was so good it turned into a full shopping spree! ​From the moment I walked in, I was really impressed. The store is incredibly clean, the floors are spotless, and everything is perfectly organized. I was greeted with a friendly hello right away, and the overall environment made for a great shopping experience. ​I have to give a huge shout-out to Chris. He was, without a doubt, one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered in any vape store. He was helpful, attentive, and guided me through the entire process from start to finish. I spent $80 and I don’t regret a single cent. I will definitely be back, and I’ll be recommending this place to all my friends. Excellent job, guys!
