UPDATE: I don’t usually update reviews, but after my recent experience with Peak Euro, I really wanted to come back and say thank you again. Joseph — thank you so much for taking such great care of my Volvo! 🫶 It honestly drives like new. It’s so smooth and quiet now that sometimes I have to listen to make sure I actually started it. 😊 You did an amazing job, and I truly appreciate the care you put into my car. I hope Peak Euro knows what a great mechanic they have , you absolutely deserve to be recognized for your work! 🙌 Ashley and Brat, thank you too! You’re always so easy to communicate with, quick to answer my questions, and incredibly helpful. Ashley had everything organized for me and even made sure I had a car to use so I could still get to work. That made my life so much easier. Sean, thank you for taking care of me when I brought my car in. You were so nice and helpful, and I hope you have a quick and easy recovery! 🙏🏻 And Anton — always kind and helpful. Thank you! I’ve been to Peak Euro several times now, and every time I leave feeling like my car was really taken care of. But just as importantly, I feel taken care of too. That means a lot to me. Thank you guys again. I’m genuinely so happy I found you. ❤️ Original review: Peak Euro is easily the BEST automotive service shop I've found in Bend. 🙌 I came in for an oil change and left genuinely impressed. The service was fast, thorough, and reasonably priced. The team completed a detailed inspection of my vehicle, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer my questions. A special thank you to Joseph, who serviced my car. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. What stood out most was that he took the time to explain things and answer my questions directly. That level of customer care is rare and very much appreciated. Ashley was an outstanding service advisor. She kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Anton was also a pleasure to work with and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The shop itself is spotless, well-organized, and equipped with everything you'd expect from a top-tier European auto service center. More importantly, everyone here seems to genuinely enjoy what they do, and that positive attitude shows in every interaction. Honest, professional, efficient, and trustworthy. Peak Euro has earned a customer for life, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for EXCEPTIONAL service in Bend. 🏎️🛞 🏁
