They put my tire on and didn’t test it and the back is leaking from the bead and they say o it was dirty it needs cleaned up and tire put back on and wanna charge me when they just did it yesterday and messed up but wanna charge me for there mess up

I have taken my car there twice in the last 5 months. Both times they were fast and very reasonably priced. They explained everything very clearly and to the point

Edit - I want to respond to the owner. When I first brought my car to you in October you asked me if I hit something and I said no. You informed me of what I needed and I told you I would return. I then came back to you this week and you had no idea who I was. You had no notes in your system, no remembrance of what had been done before. The only reason you remembered the conversation about me hitting something was because I told you. Second I would like to address that you were about to offer us used tires. This is a bold lie when I came to you and spoke with you before my husband even arrived and you never once mentioned that we could try used tires first. You only kept telling me that I needed new tires after I showed you the video of the car shaking. I was recommended to come here for an alignment. I told him that I needed it completely checked because my car shakes when it goes above 65. I paid for one tire, a balance on all tires, two tire rods, and an alignment. I took the car onto the highway and it was still shaking. I took it back here and they are now trying to tell me I need 4 new tires. So, I then took it to another tire shop to see what their thoughts were, and the balancing on the tires was not done at all (picture below - it should be at 0 on both) That tire shop balanced the tires and now I need another alignment 😡 Also they don’t know if the 4 tires will even fix the issue. They also said that the tire pressure sensor was out (which this place didn’t even tell me) I love supporting businesses in my community, but I will never bring my vehicle here ever.

Put a wrong tire on my wife’s cars . Ty en blamed her and said she asked for that specific tires . They put the wrong tire on intentionally. They knew they don’t have the tire but they didn’t want to lose the sell . The Mexican guy up there was very hostile and confrontational. Won’t take accountability didn’t offer a refund ! Very rude

My spouse didn’t make any threats stop lying ! lol we recorded the whole thing ! Your employer threw his hands up at my spouse first please be honest ! And whether it’s 1/4 in off or not . It’s off and your EMPLOYEE did that on purpose he didn’t ask me if I wanted a smaller one yall didn’t even have my tire I stock

Sold me a used tire and it blew out I ended up hitting the curb and blowing up another tire. I was on my way to you to replace all my tires. Didn't even give me a break for the tire you had sold me. I didn't think it was fair after you sold me a used defective tire that atleast you'd say sorry. Yes I sat in your lot but I didn't feel like waiting three hours for a tow. So did I have a choice absolutely not. So I had to pay for the removal of the tire you sold me plus the one for hitting the curve. because of the blow out. Not at one time did I give you an attitude or say anything to you. I at no point said anything other than cut me a break for selling me the crappy tire. You charged me what you wanted and I didn't say anything to you. There's no dignity or respect when you sell something dangerous especially the front tire.

Absolutely always pleased with Peter and his crew. they are honest they are legitimate and they do everything they can to help everybody in their community. Mikey's an amazing guy to sit and talk to and they're nothing but friendly people I love them. Would definitely recommend if you have service done here, please tip the guys working in the shop. As they tend to remember that when you come back the next time.
