We brought our 2023 Mini Cooper S Countryman ALL4 for an oil and brake fluid service. The front staff and mechanics/technicians were top notch. They also inspected our tires and brakes and gave us quotes on those services as well for an optional future visit. If you live in Bend and drive a European vehicle, Id highly recommend Peak Euro!

Dropped my Mini off with a dead battery after hours and they had it back to me the next day with a fresh battery all programmed to the car (yes it's dumb that the new battery needs to be registered to the car...but not Peak's fault). They also made it really easy to pick the car up after hours. Second time I've had work done there on the Mini.

The service was fast, thorough, and reasonably priced. The team completed a detailed inspection of my vehicle, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer my questions. A special thank you to Joseph, who serviced my car. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. What stood out most was that he took the time to explain things and answer my questions directly. That level of customer care is rare and very much appreciated. Ashley was an outstanding service advisor. She kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Anton was also a pleasure to work with and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The shop itself is spotless, well-organized, and equipped with everything you'd expect from a top-tier European auto service center. Best staff and service for my Audi! They got me in and repaired my Audi with ease. The turnaround time was by far the best I have experienced and the staff is amazing ! Great communication! Thankyou so much for everything you guys are awesome !!!!!!!!!

If you have a European automobile I highly recommend Peak Euro. I feel really lucky to have found them. Some things you will love about Peak Euro. 1) Customer service. They do a really good job of keeping you informed and presenting you with options. 2) The reports they generate. I have an old G Wagon so there are lots of little issues. Imagine you have a close relative or friend of the family that you trust that just happens to be a European car expert. Someone you can discuss what really needs to be fixed now and what can we put off for a little while. That's what working with Peak Euro is like. You may not get the family discount but you get a reasonable labor rate performed by experts you can trust. 3) They love European automobiles just like you do and it shows. There's lots more I could say but those three are what come to my mind first of why I am comfortable recommending them.

At prior visit for regular maintenance on my Audi, I asked if they could recommend someone to do maintenance on my Acura MDX. Peak Euro said to bring it in and they would take care of it. After I made an appointment, I received a call asking for the VIN number so they could research its records and perform the necessary work. I took it in and was again treated with the greatest respect and hospitality while the work was performed. When completed, I was shown photos and given an explanation of two issues they found for future attention. Once again, I left with total confidence that my vehicle was professionally handled and that I will continue to use Peak Euro for all future needs. I absolutely cannot give a higher recommendation to anyone looking for the best service for their vehicles. THE BEST!!! New Post March 2025- I love Peak Euro! I received a phone call asking if I had received a discount offer for servicing my Audi. I had been traveling and not seen it so I had them check my service records to see if I was due for a service. Turns out the mileage warranted it so I made an appointment. As always, staff was friendly and sincere. I drank their great coffee while they performed the service and used the discount offer that reduced the cost by about 33%. About a week later I received a call asking how my Audi was performing and if I was satisfied with their service. EVERY time I have ever needed anything with my Audi, Peak Euro has accommodated my need and schedule. If you’re reading reviews to decide on who to use for your vehicle, look no further. I guarantee you’ll be more than satisfied with this group of professionals! New Post January 2026- Peak Euro got me in for service due on my 2017 Audi Q5 and, as always, treated me like a member of their family. Jacob greeted me when I walked in and just made me feel so welcome. I was so comfortable waiting while service performed and will always use them for all of my vehicle needs. If you’re looking for reliable service, you should drop in and talk to Jacob and his group. You’ll see what I mean and be glad you took my advice! I promise!! New Post September 2026- Just had service on my 2008 Acura MDX done and everything mentioned above was repeated. Had great conversation about kids and life with Jacob and completely satisfied with the entire staff and experience. This place is dialed from a customer service and vehicle service perspective and provides a strong value to the community. Many OEMs are pretty overworked in town (MB, Porsche, etc) and as a result can have variable quality and persistently elevated pricing. Peak Euro was able to take care two of our cars and found things missed on inspection at OEM dealers resulting in in-process warranty work. I will be coming back to this shop for all future non-warranty work as everyone from the mechanics to the front office staff seem integrated and stoked to take care of customers and their cars.

Excellent auto repair shop! The communication was great, working with Ashley was easy. I took my Mini in shortly after buying it for a minor problem but they found many more problems, now the car is almost as good as new. They will be my go to place for my Mini and VW.
