Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Tailwind Reviews application, website (tailwind.reviews), public business directory, and related services (the "Service") operated by Tailwind Reviews LLC ("Tailwind", "we").
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the legal entity you represent. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. The Service
Tailwind Reviews is a reputation-management product for businesses. It collects reviews, comments and mentions from platforms the Customer connects (such as Google Business Profile, Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and Threads profiles) and from public sources, and lets the Customer respond from a single dashboard. It also offers feedback and review requests, AI-assisted features, SEO and AI-visibility reports, and integrations with other business tools.
The Service also includes a public directory that can be accessed through our website, ChatGPT and other Model Context Protocol (MCP) clients. Participating businesses choose and confirm the profiles, services, prices, FAQs and policies they publish, and may let people send them order, booking or quote requests. Each participating business is independent from Tailwind and remains responsible for its own information, services, customer communications and transactions.
We may modify, add or remove features. When practicable, we will describe material changes through the Service or other appropriate notice.
3. Customer responsibilities
The Customer:
- represents that it owns or is authorized to manage every third-party business asset it connects to Tailwind;
- is responsible for the content it publishes through Tailwind, including replies sent through Meta and Google APIs;
- will not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes;
- will not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer or circumvent rate limits;
- will comply with the terms of every connected third-party platform, including Meta and Google;
- has a lawful basis, and any consent required by law, for the customer contact details it uploads and for the e-mails and text messages it asks Tailwind to send to its customers.
4. Third-party platforms
The Service depends on APIs provided by third parties (Meta, Google, others). Their availability, rate limits and data fields are outside our control. The Customer's use of those platforms remains subject to those platforms' own terms.
4.1 Meta Platform Terms
When the Customer connects a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account or Threads profile to Tailwind, the Customer's use of Tailwind in connection with those assets is subject to:

Tailwind agrees to comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies in its handling of data received from Meta APIs, including the limits described in §4 of our Privacy Policy at tailwind.reviews/privacy (no advertising use, no sale, and no use to train general-purpose models).
The Customer represents that it has the right to grant Tailwind access to the Meta business assets it connects, and is responsible for content it publishes through those assets via Tailwind.
4.2 Google API Services User Data Policy
When the Customer connects a Google account, Tailwind's handling of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Tailwind publishes replies to Google reviews only when the Customer approves them.
5. Subscription, fees and trials
Plans, fees and any free-trial terms are described at tailwind.reviews/pricing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing changes apply as shown at renewal or as otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Data protection, confidentiality and security
We protect Customer data as described in our Privacy Policy. When we process personal data of the Customer's own customers on the Customer's behalf (for example feedback, complaints, orders and booking requests), we do so as the Customer's processor, only to provide the Service and on the Customer's instructions given through the Service. The Customer agrees not to disclose any non-public information about the Service obtained during a private beta or evaluation.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the Service, software, branding and documentation. The Customer retains all rights to content it submits or generates. The Customer grants us a limited licence to host, process and display that content for the sole purpose of providing the Service.
8. AI and directory features
8.1 AI-generated suggestions
The Service may produce AI-generated reply suggestions. Suggestions are drafts only; the Customer is responsible for reviewing and approving every suggestion before publishing it through Meta, Google or any other platform. AI features use third-party model providers listed in §6 of our Privacy Policy. We do not warrant that suggestions are accurate or appropriate for any particular context.
8.2 Public directory in ChatGPT and MCP clients
Directory results are informational. They reflect information published or confirmed by the participating business and the freshness metadata shown with that information. Details and prices can change, and Tailwind does not endorse a listed business or guarantee availability, suitability, performance, or the accuracy of information supplied by that business. Confirm material details directly with the business before relying on them.
Directory lookups in ChatGPT are read-only. The "Get Quote" form is switched off until the platform approves it. Where a business accepts requests through Tailwind, a request is sent to the business only after the user confirms it, and it is not a confirmed booking or order unless the business confirms it. Tailwind is not a party to any contract between a business and its customer and does not collect or process payment for it. Do not use the directory for emergencies or other time-critical requests.
9. Acceptable use
The Customer must not use the Service to:
- harass, defraud or impersonate any person;
- publish illegal, infringing, hateful or spam content;
- breach third-party platforms' terms (including Meta and Google);
- interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate for a material breach that is not cured within the reasonable period stated in written notice. The Customer may cancel from in-app settings; Tailwind may suspend or terminate for violation of §9 or non-payment. On termination we handle data as described in §10 of our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer; limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement). Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages.
12. Indemnification
The Customer will indemnify Tailwind against claims arising from the Customer's content, breach of §3, §4 or §9, or violation of third-party rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms apply subject to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that cannot be waived. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@tailwind.reviews so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Disputes are handled by the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms with a new version number and effective date and may provide additional notice when a change materially affects Customers. We may ask account holders to accept the new version.
