Carpet looks great and smells fabulous after the cleaning! All the pet stains came out and they deodorized to mitigate the risk of future accidents. Professional, friendly, helpful. Will definitely use again.

Dakota and his team were fantastic! They made the magic happen and did it last minute for me when I found out I needed a rental cleaned. I've worked with Keith for years and he's really built a great team! Thank you for working with me to stay in my budget and getting things ready for the new tenants, you help me with my goal of being a good landlord!

We recently had XTrax come out and clean the carpet and the seats of our church pews. They did an exceptional job at an extremely reasonable rate. Their lead technician, Dakotah also reached out to me to let me know that we may have possibly had a roof leak that was leaving some water on one of our pew benches. This helped us to identify a problem that we might not have known we had until there was even more damage done. I consider this very much above and beyond Customer Service! Would definitely recommend this crew for your cleaning needs!

We have a large two story home with a lot of area rugs. Two guy did a great job. They worked quickly and got it all done in just a few hours. We were ready to be quoted over a thousand dollars. Our quote was just a fraction of what we thought it was going to cost. The carpet feels all fluffed up like it’s twice as thick now.

Dakota was super respectful and professional. From the moment he walked in, he was optimistic and HONEST. He helped clean a couch we had been waiting 5 months to use. He was so focused on cleaning it as best as he could. A week later it still smells clean and it was well worth the $ for an entirely clean L sectional. Thank you guys! Will be using your service again in the future.

Very pleased with the results of the clean!

My boss uses Xtrax for all of their carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. Everyone that works there is friendly and does a great job. They are perfect to use whether you just need a spruce up or have tough stains, whether it’s food or from a pet. They have helped us out so many times when we were in a pinch for time. We would recommend them 100% of the time.

I've hired many carpet cleaning companies in my 70+ years. Xtra- Dry Carpet Cleaning was without question the best experience I've ever had. We moved into our new home a few weeks ago and carpet cleaning was the last chore after the remodel. Carpets looks BRAND NEW. You can't ask for more. Keith the owner is a great guy and very easy to work with. Highly recommended!!

Not for outdoor rugs. We have taken several of our light use rugs to them and they have done a fantastic job. The rugs come back looking perfect, and the company is easy to work with. Recently I took them a heavily soiled 8x10 indoor/ outdoor cotton rug from west elm that I had loaned out. (It was on a covered porch.) They did call to tell me they didn’t think they could get it totally clean, but that it would come back sanitary clean. Usually I have just taken this rug to a coin op car wash and sprayed it off, which works beautifully, so I wasn’t worried, knowing how easily it cleans up. The rug still looked really dirty and dark when I got it back, and I kept vacuuming it and getting more and more stuff out of it. They said it was some sort of material they add during the cleaning process. I wanted to put the rug inside this time, and it was too dirty looking and feeling for me to want to do that, so I hosed off the rug with a pressure washer on the gentle setting (I’m almost 6 months pregnant so I didn’t want to clean it myself originally) and it looks brand new. I could have saved myself $200 because I ended up cleaning the rug myself after I got it back anyway. I will continue to take them my light use indoor rugs. I’ve been thrilled with them up till now, and with a baby on the way I am sure we will continue to need our rugs cleaned periodically, but if you have a big rug on your porch, save yourself some money and just throw it over your car at the car wash and hose it off. It’ll be cleaner and cheaper than taking it here.

Xtrax Dry Carpet Cleaning – Highly Recommend! Cherokee Area Council We had Xtrax come out to clean the carpets in our office, and they did a fantastic job. The team was prompt, professional, and super easy to work with. I really appreciated how they explained their dry cleaning process! The carpets looked noticeably better right away, and the space felt fresher overall. You can tell they care about doing quality work and making sure their customers are happy. If you’re in Chattanooga and need carpet cleaning, I’d definitely recommend giving Xtrax a call.

Needed a quick cleaning before a showing appointment. I spoke with Keith and shared what we needed. Not only did he work us into their schedule the next day before our scheduled showing, he also beat the other quotes I had received. The floor was left looking fantastic, smelling great, and dry!

Dakota and Nathan were both professional and kind. They led us thru the entire process and we were pleased with the results. Keith, the General Manager was our initial contact at Xtra and coordinated the whole day.
