Bought a 3 series from this place. Was pretty straightforward and there didn’t seem to be any strings attached (especially since i’m familiar with the used car buying process)

If you don’t want to deal with stress and negative surprises just don’t shop for cars here. I bought a 2012 mini cooper countryman s from these guys and they concealed problems with the car. They glued cup holders on that fell off by the time I got home. The trunk wouldn’t stay open and needed new hydraulics. A few months of having it the clutch went out and it had been bad from the gate. Once I got it fixed it was very evident the problem was preexisting. I would avoid it.

I kept chatting with Maverick about a Tesla I wanted to buy and even told him we would stop by for a test drive. When we went, they said it was already sold and he didn’t even think to inform us

Maverick is great.

First time buying a car to begin a new life in the U.S. Maverick I will recommend him for the patient and his professional for help people looking car with a price affordable. !

I worked with Maverick to buy a Tesla, he was friendly and responsive. They were willing to negotiate and once the price was right the process was relatively quick. The car was fully detailed inside and out.

BMG is the best place to go for a car! They have serviced my other cars for years, and have always been the most honest and budget friendly place. I even recommend them to my children!

This dealer tried to sell a used Toyota Corolla to my family member, who just arrived in the US. Carfax report only shows the car had minor damage. Before paying the full amount, we got Experian Auto Check report. In this report, data source from the last auction showed it had structural damage. The dealer bought the car from an auction and they must have known this information. Yet they hid it from the buyer. In the end, my family got the money back quickly and decided not to pursue further as they are busy settling down. Just be careful dealing with this business. Always have the third party inspection before you buy a used car.

I was looking for a Toyota Sienna and the right trim, color, year and price came up at BMG autos. It was my first time buying from a dealer (I've bought lots of cars privately) and the experience was great. I dropped by to check out the car twice and Maverick let me take as much time as I wanted and a test drive was simply a case of showing my license. Zero pressure but once I decided I was seriously interested Maverick worked with me a little on the price and I dropped by the next day to pick it up. Very efficient sales process and no need to go to the DMV. The van runs great!

Sold me a salvage Audi as clean tittle. I had to pay 2k out of pocket to fix a rear main seal. This place should be shut down.

Purchased my new BMW from here (out of state buyer). Team responded to my call quickly, worked in a PPI at my requested shop, stayed in close contact and even picked me up from the airport! Their prices are competitive out the gate and they will work with you to get a deal done. They even got me a quick quote to ship my vehicle if desired. I was in n out in 45 minutes, paperwork was all ready and with the out of state needs. Maverick was great, treat them well.

Whatever you do don’t buy your car here , they won’t hesitate to sell you a car that needs to be worked on after 1,000 miles. Purchased a PRIUS and I’ve had to spend 4,000 out of pocket to fix a car I just purchased a month ago

Absolutely stay away from this “dealership”. They are a complete rip off. My fiancé purchased a 2013 Audi with only 83,000 miles on it. Not even 3 months later, the transmission went out. On top of the transmission going out, this car had outrageous damage done to it. The roof looks like someone punched a dent into the roof to the point where the moon roof can’t even open. The passenger side window track is broken so you can’t roll the window down without the window completely falling down into the car door, and that’s just some of the issues with it. I unfortunately wasn’t there during the purchasing of this car; otherwise, it definitely wouldn’t have been purchased, but my fiancé had to fly from Las Vegas where he's stationed to get the car, and upon speaking to the salesman on the phone, he asked if he could be honest about any damage or issues with the car, considering he had to fly out there and had to put a $500 deposit down for them to hold the car, and obviously he said the car was beautiful and in perfect condition, but that was an absolute lie. This place is definitely buying cars at auction, then selling them for outrageous prices with high interest to those who truly need a car but cannot afford the true dealership prices, and it’s truly sickening. Now we are paying off a 20k loan on a car that’s been sitting and Audi quoted us 18-20k for a new transmission. This place needs to be out of business and I’ve already reported them to the better business bureau.

I bought my car here. I bought a second-hand car with an annual interest rate of 17. I only drove it for 1 year and 5 months before various problems appeared. I suggest you don't buy here. The service was very poor.

Got a car from this dealership about a month ago everything seems ok at 1st salesperson was being extra nice to me to get the car. Now fast- forward after my 1st monthly payment the car transmission went out on me got it towed to BMG was told they’ll call me a the next day to let me know the problem. To this day I haven’t heard from them. I called to see what’s going on but kept getting the run around mind you I still owe 28k on the car now I’m out of a job because I can’t get to work I specifically told the salesperson I need the car to get to work but clearly he didn’t care about that because they already sold the car to me. I find people with car dealerships that’s horrible like this one shouldn’t be allowed to operate a business at all. And still up to this day there’s no one professional there to even give me a call to let me know the status of the lemon car they sold me. I highly recommend fearing this place when buying a car from them. They are not professional just a bunch of liars and scammers
