I received outstanding service from the owners of this amazing plethora of a rug collection! Their rugs are beautiful & such a huge collection. The owners are rug experts & offer many services. They allowed me to take home two rugs to try for a few days with no obligation. I can’t say enough positive comments about this rug business and my experience with them. Highly recommend this rug shop!

Had 2 rugs cleaned. One less than 8x10, one 10x12. One needed fringe replacement one side. Was told 2-3 weeks, which was a long time. Took 5 weeks, 4 days. Just a patch of fringe replaced, less than 2 feet, for $225. Total for cleaning and fringe, $1000. Save your money and aggravation.

Sensational rugs, so beautiful, and amazing customer service

This is an amazing store. There is a ton of selection, very good quality rugs, and the owner is always present and is so helpful. I went in today to just look and he helped me to find a rug in my price range and made sure it was something I loved. He took the time to even ask what kind of car I drove to make sure him and his staff rolled it in a way to ensure I could get back home. There was no pressure to buy and they still took the time to make sure I saw everything I wanted and gave me all the information I needed to make a good purchase. I saw a fraction of what they had on had and the little I saw was amazing. If you're looking for a quality rug and want a great no pressure buying experience I highly recommend this store. I can't say enough good about them!

We had a wonderful experience shopping for a rug here. Their selection was incredible, with a huge variety of styles, colors, and sizes to choose from. We were looking for a large area rug for our home, and the quality of their inventory really stood out. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our questions, explain the differences between the rugs, and never made us feel pressured. Thanks to his guidance, we found the perfect rug for our home. If you’re looking for a quality rug and excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend stopping by.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mr. Wahi and Wahi Rugs. When my mother passed away, I needed someone local to Norfolk to clean and repair my great-grandmother's cherished antique carpets before bringing them home to New Jersey. After finding Mr. Wahi online and corresponding with him, he graciously came to my parents' home, carefully collected the rugs, and took them for cleaning and restoration. The results were exceptional. He brought each carpet back to its former beauty, treating these family heirlooms as though they were his own. To make an already difficult time even easier, he personally delivered the restored rugs to me in New Jersey during a trip he had planned to the area. Mr. Wahi's craftsmanship, professionalism, and genuine kindness meant more to me than I can express. I will always be grateful for the care he took with these irreplaceable family treasures, and I recommend Wahi Rugs without hesitation.
