Amazing work, wonderful customer service, and truly a great price. Galaxy’s Finest Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning is exactly the kind of small business that cares about people and takes real pride in what they do. I came to Chicago for a quick two day visit to check on my daughter, who’s figuring out life in her first apartment. Let’s just say… the carpet, the sofa, and her old white cotton bean bag she dragged from college were all in rough shape. With her busy schedule, I knew none of it would get cleaned unless I stepped in, however, I was in a panic because my flight home was in less than 48 hours. I found Galaxy’s Finest and called to explain the situation. Matt & Jeff were so kind, patient, and reassuring. They promised they’d take care of everything and even offered to call my daughter the day before and again when they were on the way. And they actually did it, no hassle, no stress. My daughter told me they were the sweetest, most professional people she’d ever met. She loved how easy the whole process was, and when she sent me pictures afterward, I was honestly shocked. They brought that poor bean bag back to life. Thank you, Matt & Jeff, for making my quick trip so much easier and for treating my daughter with such kindness.

Talk about a fast, friendly, and affordable service. From scheduling the service to the service itself everything was smooth. My carpets look brand new and you’d never notice a brown soda spilled! Will definitely use again and recommend!

Jeff did an amazing job! He was extremely professional, on time, and super thorough. My carpets and mattress look and smell so clean now! Honestly like brand new again. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and pays attention to the little details. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality cleaning services. He will not disappoint.

I don't think my couches have been this clean since I got them. Galaxy's Finest came in and restored life to them within what felt like no time at all, couldn't ask for better service!

Matt has been cleaning my studio carpets regularly for the last few years and I have nothing but positive things to say. Since I own/operate a fitness studio, we have limited timeframes where we can squeeze in a carpet cleaning with ample time to dry. Matt makes time to come out on the weekends (not his normal schedule) to accommodate. He and Jeff are incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. My floor feels new after every cleaning despite heavy foot traffic daily. I would highly recommend!

I edit a newsletter for our community. The Galaxy’s Finest advertising in our newsletter. I had a large area rug and 2 rooms with white carpets cleaned. Jeff did an excellent job. Stains were removed, my area rug glistens and my 25 year old carpets look like new. Drying took about 6 hours. It was safe for my 2 dogs, even when damp. I am very pleased; he was very pleasant. I am having him come back to clean my upholstery and mattress. I recommend his service.

Jeff and Matt are great! They are knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and professional. I have used them three times and will continue to use them in the future. One time, they helped me solve a pest problem in my carpets and went above and beyond to research and provide additional solutions. Prices are reasonable and their work is fast - they take good care while they are in the house as well. I would recommend them to anyone!

I’ve used Galaxy’s Finest a few times and everting has been fantastic, but recently I had a very stubborn stain on a bedroom carpet. Matt came out three times to treat it to ensure it was completely gone. Fantastic customer service and great work!

Not sure about who gave him the one star review, but I can tell you as a real estate broker who handles almost all residential sales. I met Jeff and had my first experience with The Galaxy's Finest Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning in 2005 through a client. I've used him personally and referred him plenty of times over the years. I'm genuinely surprised I didn't leave a review sooner, but I'll make up for it here. He's a very nice guy. His communication was great. I reached out to the middle of last week and we scheduled a carpet cleaning first thing Monday morning. He was here 20 minutes early on a 7 AM appointment. He cleaned the carpets in two bedrooms on the stairwell leading to the family room downstairs and the family room itself in three hours. He wasn't here for a minute longer than he had estimated it would take. The house is just as clean and organized as it was when he arrived. Not sure what more you can ask for other than somebody who is professional, who communicates, and who executes the game plan that they laid out for you. I highly recommend.

We needed a carpet cleaned urgently. Even though on this particular occasion Jeff was not available to come over same day, he was extremely generous with his time and expertise, and helped guide us through the process of choosing a qualified service provider. I would definitely trust Galaxy for future carpet cleaning needs.
