Quick and quality service. Staff are friendly and straight to the point.

Called them last minute to get 2 new front tires on that I had purchased and they got me right in. They were very friendly and the price was good, especially because they fit me in. I would definitely recommend them!

Best place at Oceanfront for all Auto needs! I bring my small fleet of European Collector Diesel Japanese and Domestic vehicles here. State Inspections done in a timely manner honest and very reasonable pricing! I live in Shadowlawn and drop off vehicle in the morning and ride my bike back usually by lunchtime. Tell all my friends and family and they tell theirs.

Took my tire in for a possible repair. Unfortunately, where the nail puncture, I needed to get a new tire. The team at Sullivan called around and found this the cheapest matching tire within an hour Even though they were not going to do the work, they helped us get it done anyway! We will be back!

Sullivans has always been my go to for car work. Efficient ant reasonable prices.

Wonderful as always. Through the years, since my son worked for Tom at the gas station across the street, I have never been disappointed.

I started going to Sullivan's after I moved here in 2021. They were handing g out coupons door to door so I started using them for small service projects to test them out. All service was performed with no issues. I had my state inspections done there too. Recently my transmission, or so I thought, was acting up and causing a stuttering when shifting. I had an idea it was my transmission because I've been driving cars for a long time and have lived through many automobile issues. I took the car in to Sullivan's and asked for a transmission service. Sullivan's did the service, didn't notice any obvious issues. Car runs great and stuttering has stopped and shifting is smooth. All my services a Sullivan's have been great and I recommend them for all your auto service.

Total rip off. Owner is a straight up thief and liar. I bought a diesel work van from a city of Virginia Beach auction. On the windshield was a sticker saying Sullivans...like you get from Jiffy Lube. So I knew it was serviced at Sullivan's at one point. I had an issue where I was driving and would lose power. I brought it here. The owners wife said there is a $225 diagnostic fee plus repair. I agreed. They had it a little more than 3 weeks. I made a few visits to check on progress. The first time I got one diagnosis which was ridiculous $2700 and nothing at all to do with fuel. I said, I dont think so. They agreed to have a different mechanic look at it. He said it was fixed. Another diagnosis with nothing to do with the issue. Inwas reluctant, but hopeful so I paid and drove away. I made it about a mile before it died. I brought it back. A couple days later, i got a call saying it was fixed. I arrived and spoke with the owners wife In their office. She retrieved her husband who came in and with a crocodile smile declared, "Problems fixed...it was low on diesel". Hmm. Didn't run out of diesel. Wasn't empty and not really close enough to say "I better get some fuel". I paid $750 total for him to tell me it was low on fuel. So, I drove away...again. Got a mile or two away and it died again. This time I took it to a real mechanic. He was about to close, met me outside his door. I described the situation. He didnt think for a second, he just said, "Simple. The fuel line screen is clogged. We need to replace it". Ill have it ready tomorrow. The next day and just A few bucks lighter, i drove away with a new fuel line screen. (Plus, they changed the oil. Said it needed it. Total $175). Van hasn't died anymore. I found my diesel mechanic! Sullivans is a joke and as crooked a mechanic as it get. They lied and stole from me.
