My car was hit while parked, so I came to Silver Lining Collision already dealing with a major inconvenience. Despite that, the whole experience was a 10/10. Maria took care of everything from start to finish. All I had to do was make the initial appointment and drop off my car, and she handled the rest. The quality of the work is excellent, and the door and fender replacement looks great. I'd highly recommend Silver Lining Collision to anyone who needs repairs.

I drive an Alfa Romeo so when I got side swiped in a parking lot I was very concerned about the whole repair process and finding a body shop that could work on an Alfa. I contacted Silver Linings and they were incredible from the start. Robert walked me through the whole process and communicated extremely well from start to finish. He even managed to find what might have been the last wheel well liner in the USA (it’s a discontinued part). Robert and his team were very pleasant to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their car.

Excellent service and very efficient! The whole repair process went smoothly, and the staff was professional and helpful. They even cleaned both the inside and outside of my car before returning it to me, which I really appreciated. Definitely a five-star experience. Highly recommended!

I’m not exaggerating when I say my experience with Silver Lining Collision was AMAZING! From start to finish, everything was so effortless. I had a phone conversation beforehand where they gathered all my information, including everything from my insurance, and it took less than 15 minutes. When I arrived, they already had all my paperwork ready. I reviewed the damage to my car with Maria, and I was literally in and out in about 10 minutes! Another thing I loved is that the Enterprise rental car company actually comes to Silver Lining to pick you up and take you to get your rental. That made the whole process even easier. They repaired my car and it came out absolutely beautiful! The entire process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. I really appreciate how organized and helpful everyone was. I definitely recommend Silver Lining Collision!

Hannah & Robert were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were both extremely kind and helpful, and even took the time to give me advice regarding my insurance after my vehicle was totaled, despite not getting the opportunity to repair it. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about my experience with Silver Lining Collision in Dallas. I brought them my Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 after an “curve” on a construction zone (Dallas typical…) that left me dealing with several repairs, including body damage and other components. Going into it, I was extremely stressed. Between worrying about whether my Mercedes would ever look the same again, dealing with the insurance claim, and not knowing what the repair process was going to turn into, I was honestly expecting the whole experience to be miserable. It was the complete opposite. From the beginning, everyone at Silver Lining was incredibly friendly and professional, but I especially want to recognize Maria, who handled my case. She was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, kind, reassuring, and consistently kept me informed throughout the process. More than anything, she made me feel like somebody was actually looking after my car and my situation rather than making me chase people for answers. That made a huge difference when I was already stressed enough about the accident. I was also extremely impressed with how Silver Lining handled the insurance side of the repair. They worked directly through the process, communicated what the vehicle actually needed, and took an enormous amount of stress off my shoulders. Having a collision center that knows how to navigate an insurance claim effectively is something I didn’t fully appreciate until I needed one. And then came the most important part: the quality of the repair. My GLE looks like new. The body work came out beautifully, everything looks properly put back together, and when I got my SUV back I genuinely felt like I had my vehicle again—not a car that looked like it had been repaired after an accident. If you’re looking for a collision repair or auto body shop in Dallas, especially if you’re nervous about trusting someone with a Mercedes-Benz or another vehicle you really care about, I would recommend Silver Lining Collision without hesitation. And if you’re fortunate enough to have Maria handling your repair, you’re in very good hands. What I expected to be one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had with my car ended up being surprisingly smooth because of the people here. Thank you, Maria, and thank you to the entire Silver Lining team. You guys absolutely earned this five-star review.

My car was in a "hit & run" by a driver that decided to turn right from a far-left lane. Silver Lining was one of the recommended vendors by Progressive Insurance. I read their reviews online before deciding to use them -- I am so grateful that I selected them! Maria and Hannah are excellent to work with, and I am very grateful for the crew in the repair (body & paint) shop. The entire Silver Lining team went above and beyond to ensure my car was properly repaired and returned to me in great condition. I highly recommend them! A+

Had my Volkswagen repaired through insurance after a hit and run. The team was extremely helpful, they communicated about the progress regularly, arranged for car rental pickup/ return. Not to mention the repair was flawless. Thar car now looks as good as new

Maria and Hannah were amazing! They answered all of my questions and provided timely responses. Excellent communication, very friendly and accommodating. Repairs and paint job look amazing as well. There was a little residue on the inside of my car after the repair and Hannah so kindly helped me clean it up. 10/10 recommend!

My car was repaired in a quality, very timely manner. And they even gave it back cleaner than I had dropped it off. 10/10 recommend them and their services!!
