PCS did a marvelous job. Victor and Allen did a great job cleaning those stubborn areas I struggled to clean myself. Thank you much and God bless!

We recently hired this company for a move-in cleaning service, largely because of their high Google ratings, and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. We were expecting a thorough, detail-oriented clean given that this was for a move-in, where everything needs to be spotless before settling into a new space. A two-person crew came out, and they were friendly and pleasant to interact with, but unfortunately that didn't translate into the quality of the actual cleaning. Several key areas weren't cleaned as well as we'd hoped. The shower and bathroom still had visible stains after the cleaning was supposedly completed. The kitchen cabinets, both inside and on the surfaces, were not properly wiped down, with grime and stains still noticeable. Even the sides and edges throughout the space showed clear signs of being overlooked. For a move-in cleaning specifically, we expected a much higher standard, since this type of service is meant to leave the home fresh and ready before moving belongings in. Paying for a professional cleaning and still having to scrub stains myself before we could even unpack was frustrating and not what we signed up for. We're disappointed with the overall quality and attention to detail, especially given the glowing reviews that led us to book them in the first place. The team seemed like nice people, but the work itself just wasn't thorough, and that's ultimately what matters for a service like this. We wouldn't recommend this service for anyone needing a reliable, thorough move-in clean.

Praise cleaning services did an immaculate job on my 3brm 2bthrm move-out apartment clean. They definitely went above and beyond, putting the closet doors back on track and they worked a miracle on some really tough stains on the carpet. I would definitely hire them again and recommend their services to others.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Praise Cleaning Services! They completely removed the urine odor from my camel-colored corduroy couch, and the results exceeded my expectations. I honestly wasn’t sure the odor could be eliminated, but they proved me wrong. A special thank you to Uzor Udiakosa for providing such outstanding customer service. He was friendly, personable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was completely satisfied with the results. He took the time to answer my questions, explained the process, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. It’s refreshing to work with a company that takes such pride in both the quality of their work and their customer service. I highly recommend Praise Cleaning Services to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and exceptional upholstery cleaning. I’ll definitely be using them again!

Highly recommended! This team went above and beyond. Cleaning areas that needed cleaning but were not part of the original agreement, because it is the way they would clean their own house. Well done team! Deep cleaning and carpet cleaning all in one visit. Highly recommended!

I have some suggestions so pls read entirely - Uzor was very quick, punctual, and did a great job overall. He was also accommodating when there was a bit of confusion with my appointment, which I really appreciated. The carpet feels fresh and rejuvenated, and he even helped move my large bed to clean those areas thoroughly. One suggestion for future customers—try to do a quick walkthrough and clearly explain your expectations before the setup begins. He works very efficiently, so things move quickly, and you may not get much time to discuss specific focus areas afterward. Taking those few minutes upfront can really help align on details. I did feel a bit rushed and didn’t get a chance to highlight certain areas that needed extra attention—especially along the edges where the carpet meets the wall, which are still quite dark. A brief walkthrough beforehand might have helped address this. That said, he was kind enough to show me how to clean those spots myself, which I appreciate—though I was hoping those areas could have been handled as part of the service since I don’t have the time to do it myself. Overall I will hire him again but incorporate the lesson learnt !!

I hired this company for a move-out cleaning at one of my investment properties and was extremely impressed. Their attention to detail was outstanding — they cleaned the windows, screens, appliances, and every area of the unit thoroughly. The property looked spotless and completely ready for the next tenant. The windows alone were worth the price. They were able to complete the job the same day! They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and delivered excellent work at a very reasonable price. As someone who owns multiple investment properties and has hired many move-out cleaners over the years, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended for any landlord, property manager, or homeowner looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning service.
