totally cool, very professional, and the waiting spot was extremely comfortable considering the heat today. I watched YouTube had a cup of coffee and of course some water. I really like this place. He explained everything that was going on with my brakes and done it any timely manner thumbs up to pinky.

One month ago I went at this place with my car thinking that it's a right and reliable place, they charge me for diagnostic, tax, parts and labor, my car still with the same issue and they can't explain to me what's going on. Don't bring your car here because they can't fix fix difficult problems, I was Pinky's customer when they were in Hollywood but in Pasadena no more.

Eddie has always been helpful with any questions or concerns, I’ve had, throughout the years! He is very knowledgeable and dependable and has always been there to help with my car issues! This shop is so cute, definitely caught my attention while driving down Lake. I needed my AC fixed before I headed to Coachella! It was done pretty fast!
