Went here on Tuesday July 7th 2026 to stop by and check the place out. Needed this because I had a little fender bender and unfortunately got into an accident over the weekend. But I'm here and okay. Also we are from NY, and moved to the area a year ago and haven't used body shops yet. Location is key because this shop is near bjs. Also chose this one because they are in business long, and are certified in all different mechanics. Anyways walked in here with my dad, and both the female and male who was the owner, were very nice and answered my dads questions. The reason why we didn't ultimately bring the car here is because of an insurance issue, as progressive didn't list them after we filed our claim and wanted an estimate which involved a vehicle inspection in which we did for the claim. Despite their website saying that they accept most insurances. But doesn't rule them out completely, maybe well use them for non insurance work if needed or for something else!

Always happy with the customer service. Fair prices and great workmanship.

My car was hit from a police high speed chase. I walked into paramount collision a spoke with Jimmie the owner an Donna , I couldn’t drive my car because of the side mirror . I asked him to order the mirror. ASAP an he did WITHOUT any money from me an had my car fixed in 2 days and took care of the insurance company! They are the absolute BEST. They should get 10 stars

Paramount did an outstanding job repairing my 2021 F150 after I had gotten sideswiped! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff and I got my truck back within a week. The paint work came out beautiful and you can’t even tell that I had been hit! Attaching some before and after photos. Anyone in the Myrtle Beach area should use Paramount!

An inconsiderate driver damaged the rear bumper paint of my Kia Stinger. Made an appointment to bring it in on Wednesday and told it would be done by Friday. Due to scheduling, I dropped it off Tuesday early afternoon. Shortly after 8 am on Thursday morning I’m told my car is ready. What a fantastic job. Looks like it came from the factory. Wonderful service. Thank you, Paramount!

Quickly and efficiently worked on my car. Gave me a summary of everything that needed done and was done and quoted what I would need done when I was ready. Very polite and professional

Paramount exceeded my expectations! They responded quickly and began working on my car straight away. As for me, they were respectful, professional and great at their customer service game.As far as their work goes, it’s a little short of a miracle. Car looks brand new. I will always be appreciative of their work and how smoothly it all went. I’d really recommend this establishment to anyone

Incredible customer service. Walked me through the process. Kept me posted. Completed in a timely manner helped me with my rental car return. Hope I don't have to go there again. LOL but I definitely would

I was trying to find an affordable solution as a single mom paying out of pocket. He didn't like that I wanted to find the best value for the best quality. He said that he didn't participate in that type of business. I wasn't aware that we weren't allowed to decide who to use as a company who provides a service based on statistics and value. Terrible customer service. Deterred me from even making an appointment. I've had better service at Walmart.

A year after my gearshift mechanism went out and was replaced by Paramount, it’s still working great! And the customer service team has been extremely helpful and kind! I needed a receipt a year later and they were quickly able to retrieve it and send it to me! Thanks for everything!

Paramount is the best! I've been going to Paramount for about a year. I went to get a second opinion for an oil leak that had been "diagnosed" by the dealership. I'm not stupid, and I have family that knows cars. First, I cleaned off the oil stick to make sure I could read it and took it to Meineke to make sure I was right. Second, I found a large piece of cardboard and placed it under the car for a week. No oil spots. Then I called Paramount. Donna Gordan was wonderful. She listened thoroughly and gave me an appointment. When I arrived, Jimmy Truett, Sr., was in the office and asked me why I thought I had an $1100 oil leak! (That was the repair price from the dealer.) I told him about my past dealer appointment and the things I had done to track it down. Even before the service tech took it back, Mr. Truett said, "you don't have a leak." Later, the tech and Mr. Truett gave me the news. He couldn't find a leak and even sent pictures over to me. Now, a year later and more oil changes, NO LEAK! You can't imagine how thankful I have been. I now get my car repairs and tires at Paramount. The rates are fair, the work is completed on time, the staff is great, and I TRUST them. Mr. Truett could have easily played into the oil leak and offered to do it cheaper, but he didn't. That's the best way to earn someone's business. Thank you, Mr. Truett, Donna and the Paramount service techs.

Best auto repair experience I can remember! Susan let me know the day the part came in. My vehicle was repaired the same day I dropped it off and....they saved me 600.00 off a prior estimate! Super nice as well. I definitely recommend Mr Jimmy and his group.
