Highly recommended. I got into a minor accident and had my Honda Clarity repaired here. I am very picky about my car which is a blessing and a curse. They got the job done and will fix the tiniest imperfections for you. Alex and Irene, and the workers there are friendly and down to earth and extremely helpful. Highly recommended. I also love how detail oriented Alex is. I appreciate how Alex is trying to make his customers happy. The quality of work is excellent as well.

Second Review: I had a rear-end collision and took my car to New Smile Auto Shop based on a good past experience. However, this visit was disappointing. I had collision coverage, and insurance paid for the repairs. First of all, the shop missed the wheel alignment after the repair even though insurance covered it—whether they were overwhelmed with work or simply overlooked it, I’m not sure. The day after picking up the car, I drove it on the highway and experienced severe pulling to the left and right. I struggled to keep the car balanced and could have easily gotten into a serious accident. When I brought the car back, Alex tried to argue that it might have been caused by potholes in the LA area, but it was clearly from the collision. The alignment was off by a full degree, which is a massive, dangerous error. To their credit, they fixed the alignment quickly, which I appreciate. However, while my trunk only had minimal damage, they replaced it entirely, and the replacement feels cheap and flimsy compared to the original OEM part. When a shop charges $10,000 for a repair, you expect the car to be restored to pre-accident condition. I just hope they didn't miss anything else they were paid to fix. First Review: Recently my car got into an accident. It got some damage in the rear bumper. I was looking for a body shop and found the new smile auto body which has so many good reviews. I talked with Alfredo about the damage and costs. He took time and helped to understand the processes. He also gave me a ride home that day. It took around 2 and a half weeks. In between, they provided me with any updates on insurance procedures. When I went to receive my car, I couldn't recognize any of the dent and damage it had before. Also, they cleaned the car both inside and outside. The process was very smooth and they were very helpful with any questions I had. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend New Smile Auto Body! They truly went above and beyond, and I was treated like family from beginning to end. Everyone was so friendly, caring, and professional. What I originally thought would be a minor repair turned out to have additional damage. They were very thorough and took the initiative to have the insurance company come out and inspect the additional damage, making sure everything was properly taken care of. They kept the process moving and completed the repairs in a timely manner. When I got my car back, I was amazed and it looks absolutely beautiful! It honestly feels and looks like I’m driving a brand-new car. 😊 I’m so grateful for the exceptional care, attention to detail, and wonderful service I received. Thank you, New Smile Auto Body, for taking such great care of me and my car. I couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend them! ❤️
