My experience with New Again was a wonderful one! I received outstanding customer service from start to finish. GEICO referred me to them. And I am so glad that they did! Another driver hit me from behind and damaged my car. I was very upset about it - especially since my car was passed on to me by my late father. So it has a lot of sentimental value. But Hector (a true professional!) put me at ease from the very beginning. He reassured me that he and his team would fix my car with care. And he clearly and kindly communicated with me through every step of the repair process. I got my car back today and they did a phenomenal job. It looks as good as new! Thanks to Hector and his team for everything! I highly recommend them!

From a beltway incident with a 16 wheeler, to the introduction to New Again Auto Repair, I was able to see why they chose the name of the company. With significant damage to the right front end of my Rogue, my interaction with the owner and staff of this great company was very insightful. They explained what they could and would do for my 18 year old road warrior, and provided a cost estimate that was surprisingly reasonable. By the time I was able to retrieve the vehicle, I didn't recognize it. It was, to tell the truth, New Again. From the body work, trim repair and replacements, and a fantastic paint job, I felt like I was getting back into an auto rebirth. The friendliness, concern and personal interaction with their team, from boss on down was refreshing,

5 ⭐️. Quick and friendly service. Hector is the man!! I was referred to this body shop by Geico and was told 6-10 business days. It was done in about half of that and service was amazing and so were repairs.

Hector and his team were fantastic! I needed to get my front bumper replaced and Geico referred me to New Again. They were able to get me in for an appointment in no time and my bumper replacement took only a day. My car looks brand new! Can’t recommend them enough!

I brought my car to New Again Auto Repair for detailing after an accident, and they did a great job restoring everything that had been damaged. While it was there, I also asked them to take a look at another area, and they were able to identify additional damage I hadn’t noticed but needed to get fixed. When I picked up the car, I pointed out a few small spots that needed paint touch-ups. They were quick to offer a free touch-up and even gave me some extra matching paint to use in the future, which I really appreciated. Overall, they were professional, thorough, and reasonably priced for the quality of work. I would definitely recommend them.
