McDonald's

Didn’t receive my curbside order. Couldn’t cancel and didn’t receive refund. Manager walked out 20 minutes later. I know it’s McDonald’s but still.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered through the McDonald’s app specifically to save time, only to spend about 30 minutes waiting for my order. What makes it even more frustrating is that the order apparently wasn’t even prepared until I arrived. When I pulled up to the drive-through, I waited for about two minutes without anyone answering or even acknowledging that we had pulled up. After finally getting someone’s attention, I still ended up waiting around 30 minutes for an order that I had already placed through the app. I also want to specifically mention Manager Miguel, who was in charge during this experience. The overall atmosphere in the restaurant was extremely relaxed. From what I observed, employees appeared to be moving at a very slow pace, and there was very little sense of urgency despite customers waiting for their orders. It certainly did not give the impression that getting orders out in a timely manner was a priority. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead through the app. The whole point is to have your food prepared and ready—or at least being prepared—when you arrive. Instead, I essentially placed an order in advance and then waited for the restaurant to start making it after I got there. If customers are going to use the app to order ahead, the restaurant needs to actually honor the convenience it is supposed to provide. Waiting 30 minutes for an order that was supposedly placed ahead of time is unacceptable. The lack of urgency, the failure to acknowledge us at the drive-through, and the overall relaxed attitude toward waiting customers made this an extremely frustrating experience. 1 star. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the lack of urgency and customer service.

My order was made wrong someone can't read a ticket thanks for ruining my lunch... I asked for no ketchup just smeared my stuff with ketchup ridiculous

online order, just drinks and they were Very slow when I went inside to pick up.

Damn, every single time I order from this McDonald's something is missing or not what I ordered. Wrong drink, forgot to add the hash brown, no napkins, wrong meal. What's going on????? Worst McDonald's ever. Avoid it and go somewhere else

The fries tasted weird, to the point I didn’t finish them. I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s and never gotten weird tasting fries like that. Idk what they’re doing to the fries here but it ain’t right.

My order is wrong.....Every friggin time!
