A coworker told me about Max Auto repair & how they they did a great job repairing his car and treated him well so when my A/C went out & started leaking a little antifreeze on my 2007 Nisan Xterra, I took it to Max's. What I thought was going to take hours and a lot of money only took 1hr 45 minutes & only $300 for the repair, fully charged A/C system & great customer care! I would HIGHLY recommend Max Automotive to anyone & I will be taking all of my repairs to them.

Very disappointing experience with Max Automotive I brought my vehicle (2016 V6 Mustang) to Max Automotive on 9/30/26 to have the thermostat replaced. When I arrived, I was told there was coolant everywhere, that it would need to be cleaned up, and that they would need to take a look at it. I simply asked how much that additional work would cost. Instead of giving me an estimate or even offering to inspect the vehicle, I was told, “We’re not going to do this. There are many automotive places you can take it to.” That response was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of my time. I brought my vehicle to an automotive repair shop expecting them to diagnose the issue, explain what needed to be done, and provide an estimate so I could make an informed decision. If Max Automotive wasn't willing or able to handle the situation, they could have simply said so when I initially scheduled the appointment rather than having me bring the vehicle in. I understand that not every repair shop can or wants to take on every job, but dismissing a customer after they have made the trip to the shop and refusing to even provide an estimate is poor customer service. I would not recommend Max Automotive based on this experience.

Another great experience at Max Auto. Excellent service and communication. I have an older vehicle which can bring some challenges but they always get her fixed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Dude, I had my car towed from Queen Creek, and I’m so glad I did. They were honest, professional, and took great care of us. They fixed the issue, kept us informed throughout the process, and made everything stress-free. Our ride is now running great, and we’re incredibly grateful!

This Maxx auto (family) continues to be amazing. They have kept our 16 year old Kia Sedona running now many years after what we thought we could get out of her. This time, new valve case gasket and a new CV axle. They are kind, honorable and VERY knowledgeable. Their recommendations are for what you need and nothing else. Refreshing as always. Having an older car and Maxx Auto as our mechanic feels like having an auto mechanic as a family member. We love them. Use them and you will too.

Max Automotive is a great mechanic shop. My family has been going here for many years, and they truly treat you like family. They’re honest, trustworthy, and always do great work. Highly recommend them!

From initial phone call to completion of service, it is a friendly, honest family run shop.

Always honest and tell you exactly what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done just yet. Always pleasant to work with. Used to be my "get a second opinion" shop, now they're my first and only shop.

Horrible. BAD OWNER. Takes advantage of anyone he can. JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY. Stay away from this company.
