I have to say, these guys are artists. I was hit by a motorcycle a few weeks ago, came by for a bumper repair. The other shop wanted to completely replace the bumper. Luxury fixed it, and fixed it REALLY WELL (for a fraction of the price, less time, less headaches). It’s definitely nerve-wracking bringing your car to a new shop, but I was impressed by them! Hopefully won’t need to come back, but glad to have Luxury in the neighborhood if I need help.

On 08/06, I pulled up to Luxury Auto Body around 6:30–7 PM because my front driver-side window was stuck completely down and wouldn’t come back up. I had already been turned away by a couple of other mechanics because it was getting late, so I stopped here hoping to at least get the window back up. I explained that I could hear the motor trying to work, and IT GOES DOWN but the window button itself wasn’t clicking into the right position to bring the window up. I was confident it was a button issue and not the motor. A young guy named Pablo attended to my vehicle and took apart the entire driver-side door. I asked multiple times how we knew it was the motor and not the button, but I was told the motor was the issue and that I needed a new one. They brought the window up, taped it, I gave pablo 20$ tip because it was late and both Pablo and his coworker still took the time to help me— or so I thought. I ordered a new motor immediately, but being it’s Thursday, I was not expecting to fix my car until the next week. I then took the car to another shop, they gave the window motor power, and the window immediately went up. Exactly what I thought. Motor is fine. Entirely a master window switch issue. To top it off, my driver-side tweeter was also broken during the process as if it was nothing: “that’s just like 20$”. So I tipped $20 to have my door taken apart, get a misdiagnosis: was told I needed a motor I didn’t need, my TWEETER SPEAKER broken. Basically $150+ dollars down for ?? Now I have a window motor I don’t need and need a window switch assembly. Wouldn’t recommend. Per their response,,,,, This was a diagnosis. Myself, Pedro, and his coworker (older bori) were all in accordance that I would be returning as soon as I got the part they “suggested”. I do not need courtesy, I tipped for the time and acknowledgment after hours. I need professional opinions and work. If the workers did not have the equipment and knowledge at that moment they could’ve turned me down no problem and honestly that would’ve been best.
