Over all a very nice place to get your nails done.

I was repeatedly questioned about not choosing gel on my toes and told it was “weird\.” If you’re looking for a recommendation, this wouldn’t be on my list\.

I LOVE LUXE NAILS! My nail tech, Taylor, did an amazing job! The salon is very nice, clean, bright and fun. Customers are laughing and the two managers are going around and asking how things are going, everyone is smiling and having the best time. I really appreciate that atmosphere, so many salons can be oppressive and boring. My nails are beautiful, I am so happy with them and I get so many compliments on them. Thank you, Taylor! I had such a wonderful experience getting my eyelashes done with Mimi ✨ The service was professional, relaxing, and my lashes came out absolutely beautiful. They paid great attention to detail and made sure everything looked natural and perfect. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend! 💕

I just got my nails done Sunday . When I got home I realized my nail was crooked. Also the tech didn’t even fill to my nail bed . The nail tech keep taking deep breaths like she was annoyed. Very inconsistent services there . I get two services and get two stamps , this time the gentleman only gave me 1 stamp and said 1 stamp for a visit . But has always given me 2 before. If you’re spending over a $100 in 2 services you should get 2 stamps . My daughter went a couple days later and he gave her 2 stamps for the 2 services . Will not be returning . I’ve been coming here for a year now and I Always ask for Taylor. She’s young and experienced and always does a great job. She’s a perfectionist and will copy and paste anything I show her. Definitely ask for her

Very nice people, got a pedicure with a different lady and liked it. But then got my eyebrows done with a different lady and once she was done she showed me with the mirror but she was holding it so far away so I couldn’t see close up. Once I got in the car I checked and she took more on my left eyebrow than she should have 🫤 she knew she messed up yet didn’t at least advise me. I would have been fine if she just owned up to it.

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and have always loved the detailed, relaxing pedicures, but my visit today was really disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I felt uncomfortable when one of the nail techs gave me a dirty look. I was the only one there for a pedicure, yet the entire service felt rushed. The massage was minimal, the technician seemed annoyed that I only wanted a basic gel pedicure, and barely any product was used on my legs or feet—my feet were actually dry afterward, when they usually feel moisturized for over a day. A service that typically takes about an hour was done in maybe 25 minutes. I don’t usually care as much about the “spa” aspect, but I do expect my toes to look good. The final result was the most frustrating part, uneven polish with spots completely missed. It honestly looked like I did them myself, which is upsetting considering I paid $45 plus tip. I’m pregnant and have my baby shower next week, so this was likely my last pedicure before my baby arrives. I was really looking forward to the “luxury” experience this place is known for. I’m not sure if it’s hormones or what, but I went home and cried because I was so disappointed. This salon used to be my go-to, but now I’m honestly unsure if I’ll return.
