I would like to recognize Lonnie, the manager at the O'Reilly Auto Parts store in Brookville. In today's world, exceptional customer service can be hard to find, which is why I felt compelled to share my experience. Lonnie went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I found the right solutions. He took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and made the entire experience stress-free. Lonnie represents the very best of what customer service should be. His leadership, dedication, and commitment to helping customers are a tremendous asset to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Companies need more managers like him—people who truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. Thank you, Lonnie, for your outstanding service. Your hard work and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and Brookville is fortunate to have someone like you serving the community.

Terrible, 1st priced 20% higher than competitors, but only one in town. Called to ensure a part could be delivered "1st thing in the morning" to repair shop. Was told no problem but wouldn't take credit card over the phone. Then walked 1 hour each way to make purchase & again make sure delivery scheduled for "1st thing in the morning". Assured me it would be delivered. Part was never scheduled for delivery and by time it would be scheduled delivery would be after lunch. If you have any choice avoid this shop

I just had a pretty negative experience with an employee who didn't know how to operate the computer or something. He asked me several times what my company name was even though it wasn't under any company name and when I finally showed confusion it was a major issue for him. When another employee stepped up to help I asked if I could rent a tool, the original employee I was dealing with standing off to the side huffed under his breath THEY ALWAYS ASK ANOTHER QUESTION. Outside of the strut I ordered being the wrong one, that happens, I had to deal with this guy.
