Great work by the shop! I knew I wanted to use Lapin when I called and was greeted by Chris. He provided excellent customer service, and the quality of their work was even better. They even got my car back to me the next day. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I’d been having a recurring issue with my car losing power and not restarting. It had been into the dealership 3 times within the last year for the issue and I had finally had enough so I did a quick search and booked an appointment with Chris. He was up front about what they would do and how long it would take, kept me in the loop the entire time, and was thorough enough to rule out unnecessary options and get to the root cause of my problems. I will use again if I need to.

Chris and his crew were exceptional in analyzing snd repairing our RV. They saved 1/2 of our vacation by working to get our DEF problem fixed quickly. Made it to Glacier on schedule.

I asked for a fuel pump replacement and they charged me $550 and claimed I only asked for a fuel filter replacement. Will never go here again!!! Now I have a car with no pressure coming out of the fuel pump!!! They told me I can bring it in Monday, hell no will I ever bring my car back to you for any type of service!! Overcharged and don’t even perform what needs to be done!! 😡

Brought vehicle in for diagnosis of a mystery electrical problem. The technicians were very professional and confident. I anticipated a long wait but they found the problem in good time. The customer service and solution to a frustrating problem was well worth the modest charge. Compared to previous experiences, I'd recommend Lapin for any of your auto repairs.

Lapin Auto Repair always takes care of us with quick repair turnaround, this helps us tremendously as we do not have a spare vehicle. Have taken multiple vehicles to them and they are like Jonny on the spot!

There was an issue with the fuel system, and even though the guys were fully booked that day and we had to leave town, they simply asked us to wait — and they got the problem fixed successfully! Huge thanks to the team. 10/10 service! 🙌

My wipers didn't work for a while. So I managed to remove my wiper amplifier and the circuit board looked ok to me. I thought maybe it was the built in relay. I took the part over and the tech immediately noticed the problem. He took it to the back and fixed it right up for free! I guess it just needed a resolder. Now I have full wiper function! I don't think I had that went I bought the car. Great place, not really any parking though.
