Took mycar in 2 times to fix my squeeky belt. Second time they had my car for 3 days and no one called me about my car. I had to call them. They claimed they called me but I had no voice nails or texts from them when I have received several from them in the past. My car squeeked from the moment I took it home and started it in the morning. It squeeks every morning when it is cold. They claim it magically didn't squeek when it was there for 3 days.

I'm very disappointed with her service I got from this company I brought my mustang in there to get an alignment they checked it out said my tie rods for bent so got online in order to complete front end replacement I just got done putting it on there's no bent tie rods I don't know why they would tell me that they were bent and couldn't do the alignment but charged me $110 whatever it was I feel like I've been scammed I wouldn't recommend going to these guys

Warning stay the hell away from Hosely Automotive, about 6 weeks ago I took my 2021 Jeep Cherokee in for new spark plugs, I got the car back, basically all that was done was the cabin filter changed, an oil change of which the Jeep did not need and a few other things... the bill $1900. I was told my Jeep needed an additional $2000.00+ work for spark plugs and coils well I checked with both the Jeep dealership and several automotive stores unless the car is backfiring and its not then there is NO need to change the coils. I am a senior citizen, living on a fixed income, boy did they see a sucker coming. oh yes a greasy rag was left on the front seat, I didn't see it and had several good shirts ruined along with having to have the seat completely cleaned... that too was several hundred dollars be it a lesson learned, or was the robot on Lost in Space would say " DANGER, DANGER ......

I gotta say, it's always a little stressful trying a new shop. I tend to put my guard up, because there are a ton of not so great shops out there. I took my mazda cx9 to get an alignment yesterday. From now on, I will 100% take all my cars here. Professional, fantastic customer service, and thorough. That breeds trust. And trust is what matters in this industry. Thanks fellas! Mike Gamby.

I took my truck in for a radiator fluid replacement. They did exactly what they promised for the agreed an upon price in a timely manner. Great people. Great service. Honest work. Perfect.

Just checking local shop pricing to replace a single motor mount. Called in and they couldn't give me any $ information without bringing the car in for an inspection. Couldn't even give an hourly labor cost. Only shop I've every dealt with in the past 45 years that could give zero budgetary information without having the car in hand. This is a big red flag. Every one of the other four shops I called gave an estimate along with a hourly labor cost.

I had a great experience here from start to finish. they answered the phone quickly, were very kind and informative, and honest!!! I came here to get my car checked out as my engine started shaking especially when I accelerated. when I dropped my car off here they even offered to give me a ride home—and back to the shop when my car was ready to be picked up!!! my car was being a bit odd, shaking, but for no obvious reason. throughout the diagnostic process, Hoesly kept me updated and informed about what they did find. Everyone i met there was very kind and friendly, you could tell they really enjoyed their job and being able to help people :^) Definitely a 5 star, though at the same time all their services are priced at the highest range on the spectrum. so its not overpriced persay, just not always affordable.... at least for me 😅 but if you can go here, I'd honestly say you'd get your money's worth, deff recommend OH YES AND after everything was settled, they followed up to make sure everything was okay!!! and when they asked for a review, they also had a very accessible way to leave feedback if the experience wasn't good. so you can tell they really care about giving good and genuine service!!!

Been going here for years.always a great job at a fair price. I really appreciate that they will pick up and drop off my truck as it’s a long haul to the shop since I moved out of town.

We will definitely be back with any of our vehicle needs. Blake and the team were great to work with and they didn’t charge us when they found our transmission was bad and it wasn’t worth replacing, even though they spent hours working it. Plus, they gave us a loaner for about a month while they had the vehicle.
