Firestone quoted me 3.4k for repairs on brakes and a strut and Carfix did it for me for $700 plus my own parts, they got everything done in 24 hours and were extremely communicative and transparent the entire time. Support your local business and bring your car here if you need *anything* done!

Great guys to do business with!

Nice place, nice guys too. I had to get my oil changed, called and was able to set up to come in the next morning, whenever I wanted! Whole thing took probably 30, 40 minutes. They didn't try to upsell me anything on my car, or sell me anything else, but they did offer me some free coffee :) come here for a job well done and for some peace of mind. To note, the banner on the top of their business is worn out, so I ended up driving by it. Their place has a bunch of cars in the lot and is the only one around like it, can't miss it!

I cannot recommend CarFix Auto Center and Body Shop highly enough. I recently had a run-in with a parking pillar that left the fender and door of my car in rough shape. After shopping around, I was getting quotes that were 30% higher with a one-week turnaround. Fausto and Darwin are absolute lifesavers. From the moment I walked in, they were kind, professional, and—most importantly—completely honest about the repairs and pricing. Why CarFix stands out: • Incredible Speed: While other shops wanted my car for a week, these guys had it back to me looking brand new in just 1–2 days. • Fair Pricing: Their quote was significantly more affordable than the competition without any hidden fees or "surprises." • Top-Tier Service: Fausto and Darwin are clearly experts at what they do. The craftsmanship is flawless, and they treat your vehicle as if it were their own. It is rare to find this level of competence and integrity in the auto-body industry. 5 stars all the way!

They are the best for collision repair; very reliable and their work is top-notch.

Fausto, his son Darwin, and the whole team are truly one of a kind. They are honest, kind, and always make you feel taken care of. They explain everything clearly, take the time to show you what is going on with your car, and go above and beyond to make sure the work is affordable and fair. What stands out most is how genuine they are — you can feel that they care about people just as much as the cars they fix. Walking into their shop feels like being welcomed by family, and leaving means driving away with peace of mind.

This is the 2nd time I get my Oil changed here. Efficient and fast. I usually have a hard time trusting people with my car but Darwin G made me feel safe and walked me through everything in English and Spanish since my uncle doesn't speak english.

Got in a bad car accident called in they took really good care of me got it back within a week of taking it in supper fast and efficient with their work !! Highly recommended

The best car service I’ve ever received! Darwin was especially kind and accommodated me tenfold. He worked around my schedule and stayed late to help me with my car. I don’t know any other shop in Chicago that has people like that! Not only did he give up his evening to help me, but he also worked on my friend’s car last minute when she was in a pinch. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I’ve brought my car here several times and always received quality service at a fair price. The counterman, Darwin, is very honest and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Wonderful service!

Don’t normally leave reviews but they did an amazing job on my car. Unfortunately, my car got stolen in October of 2024 and they helped repair the damage done. That included the bottom area of the steering wheel, the back window that they broke in from, and the back bumper that they cracked. A couple months later my car was rear ended in the parking lot of my job and they fixed that too! Pretty quick turnaround as well, I’m sure they could have done it quicker but there’s always something with insurance that gets in the way. Kept me in the loop throughout the process and you can tell they’re very genuine. I worked with Darwin who also speaks English and Spanish!

From the first time I took myvsuv there I can tell they are very honest .. In live down the street and I'm glad because anything happen to my SUV there so close ..
