Gave one price and changed it after , bad service don’t recommend

avoid this place at all costs!! they can’t even do a simple oil change right. they messed up the threads on my oil pan and now i have to get that replaced. the owner lack skills in the customer service dept and doesn’t train the workers right. they’re gonna be cheaper than other places but you will end up paying more in the long run. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. If someone makes an honest mistake I let them know to give them a chance to fix it. But the bald guy at the front is extremely rude and these ppl cannot perform a simple oil change. Take your car and money elsehwere.

UPDATE 06/12/2026: I got a reply back from the BBB (Better Business Bureau) after my complaint and they took my statement for investigation. I also contacted the Garland Chamber of Commerce for bad business practice and theft by this location. I never heard from C&M Discount Tire (Apparently, they don't care). Last week, I brought my car in to get an alignment and repair a tire. Charged me $110 ($100 for the alignment and $10 for tire repair), The alignment was still off and my steering wheel is NOT straight (The steering wheel is angled to the right). When I questioned them about the alignment and steering wheel, they told me that they could NOT get the steering wheel straight because my motor mounts needed to be replaced. That was a lie and has nothing to do with motor mounts. I took my car to a DIFFERENT car place and they FIXED the alignment. Now, the tire that was supposed to be repaired a week ago? It still had a slow leak. At the time, they told me there was a nail in the tire and supposedly repaired it. NO. I brought the car back to them a week later and told them there is still a leak. They checked it and said, "No leak". I told them that last week, they said there was a nail in the tire. Guess what they found a week later? THAT NAIL! They pulled the nail out this time a plugged it. Charged me $10 AGAIN. So, $10 a week ago and they did nothing, then $10 AGAIN to fix it. I will never buy used or new tires from this place, nor will I get repair work done on the car by them neither. SCAM and bad business!!! Untrustworthy, unreliable and unethical!

Buen lugar para venir aqui y te hagan reparaciones etc. Debo decirlo, y si asi borran el comentario o la persona este lo lee (que es el viejo de gorra), hermano, no hay necesidad de aventar la tarjeta y recibo en el mostrador, si no estas de buenas o no estas bien de salud, simplemente no cobres. Anda y descansa mamon.

I bought 4 new and a front end alignment done last month. I drove to south Texas and noticed that front tires were going bad. Drove back home and my tires were bald. I rotated my tires took it to find out what caused my tires to wear out like they did. I was told the lower control arm's were bad and that's why my tires worth. If they would have told me that when they did the alignment I could have replaced them and saved the tires. But they just took my $600.00 went back there today. They acted like it was my fault. I replace the control arm's had to buy 2 new tires and have front end alignment done so now I'm out about $1000.00 just because they didn't tell me. And I know the owner but he was not there when I got tires and not there today

I come once a year (for the past 12 years) to get my car inspected!! I highly recommend them!

Too high 80 for a use tire

Tremendous work for an elite price, had a flat they repaired in a little over 6 mins. Will be back. I need a new spare tire they sell spares.

Have been to these guys many times for tires and plugs over the years and they've always been fantastic. Fast, honest, great customer service. Can't recommend enough.

Had a nail in the sidewall of my tire. It was the middle of the day on a Thursday. I got a new tire and was out in less than 10 minutes! Incredible service and nice hard workers. Highly recommend

The owner is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Does not know anything what so ever about customer service. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

I came to have my suspension fixed and the first employee told me to wait and park very politely but a second employee, an older bald man, very rudely told me, better go and come back in an hour the mechanic is going to eat (9:40 am) and I told him: no problem, I'll wait here for him and what difference does it make if you leave and come back? I live far away and my truck doesn't work. Go away in an hour and come back. I'll wait here. The tire is very bad. Yes, the customer is always right, better go. Okay, thanks.
