Got my car from Byrider. I’ve been very happy since and they take great care of their customers as well as the mechanics who do the oil changes and tire rotations. I would highly suggest Byrider if looking for a new car or trying to build or rebuild credit. They will take wonderful care of you 🙏

They helped me out a lot and were very easy to work with, especially Kevin and Wyatt, they made it easy to trade in our rogue and get into a better vehicle with more space.

John Beitia was amazing, speedy process and worked with me when others ‘couldn’t’. Byrider even reports to my credit, which I love! 10/10!

I’ve never left a bad review in my life but JD Byrider has the most unorganized and rudest finance department I’ve ever come across anywhere. I spoke to 4 people about a continuing overpayment situation. The first one told me I had a remaining balance of over $2k even though the car was payed off. The second was so extremely rude and condescending and told me I was wrong and I wasn’t being charged and refused to let me speak to anyone else but confirmed there was no balance. Not sure why she works in service. The 3rd person finally got me through to the manager who wasn’t rude but didn’t care that his staff was. The situation still is not resolved after speaking to all of them and getting multiple different reasons as to why I’ve paid over $770 for a car I don’t have that is paid off. I just wanted to know who I needed to talk to, I did not need to be argued with about it for 20 minutes.

I have nothing but good things to say definitely highly recommend them there really good people

This is the third time ive bought a car from Byrider. They worked out a deal where i got the most for my trade in and got me into the car i wanted. Would recommend Byrider if you are having a little credit issue. That is what started me on this journey with them. Now my credits fine and im happily driving the car that i wanted. Thank you Byrider, both Johns and the finance dept.

Great place to buy a car. I was there Friday so very nervous because I'm a big chicken of doing things like buying a car on my own. I spent almost the day with great people. David was my agent who walked me through it all. Needless to say, I drove home in my own car!!😀 I would recommend all who are looking for a vehicle. Go check them out. You'll be glad you did !! Today I bought tires. Service department put them on in a great time and they're great people. November 3rd. I just got my car oil change service. They are efficient and very friendly, helpful and courteous. I enjoy going there. Today is January 15th and my car was like broken in the front and so I stopped there yesterday got appointment for this morning got it fixed and I'm a happy camper. Thanks Heather and Chad the service department for helping me Thank you, So yesterday September 10th the service department put a new set of tires on my car and my car drives way better for sure. Next is front brakes. I was also glad to hear they started oil changes again. All I can do is keep adding things to the comments as I've always had good customer service, friendly people and left there happy 😊. Thank you Heather.

I’ve had the car a year, first week I bought it there was complete engine failure because Byrider sold the car without oil in the engine. Well then the car went in for catalytic converter then the next month it was fuel pump then couple months later it was coil packs then a couple months later it was the starter here we are again another engine failure misfires in cylinder 2 cylinder 3 multiple misfires.. I’ve asked to speak with finance manager still waiting a call back 1 ‘month later asked to speak with the general manager haven’t heard from them.
