Had a great experience at Big Brand Tire in Avondale. The associate Chris was outstanding — professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. No pressure, just honest advice and great customer service. This company definitely shows they like to take care of their customers. Highly recommend!

This place is a joke. Purchase a whole set of brand new tires there which in itself was over $1300. Found out that they stripped two wheel studs and did not even bother communicating their mistake and just left it like that. Went back in so they can “fix it” they ordered the parts and said it would be done and to bring the car back the next day so the issue can be fixed. Left the car there all day and came back and no one touched the car or bothered calling to inform that it was not going to be done for whatever reason. When called to check in to confirm we could pick the car up at the end of the day after repair of mistake, we were told “sounds good, we will see you later” And also tried charging over $400 to fix THEIR mistake. Extremely unprofessional. Do not take your car here unless you want to be taken as a joke. They clearly don’t want business and just don’t care.

$4,600 Diagnostic Fraud, Wrong Parts Replaced & Shady Pricing Tactics Do not trust this shop. They have a documented pattern of misdiagnosing vehicles to force customers into thousands of dollars of completely unnecessary repairs. I have caught them doing this twice now. Incident 1 (1.5 Years Ago): I brought my vehicle here for spark plugs and coils. Two weeks later, the cylinder 3 spark plug failed. The parts were under warranty, but the shop refused to honor it. They insisted the spark plug was "fine" and claimed I needed a brand-new fuel injector for $1,000. I refused, took the vehicle to a different shop across the street, swapped the spark plug, and the vehicle ran perfectly for 1.5 years. They tried to scam me out of a grand. Incident 2 (Current - September 2026): Under pressure to pass an emissions test, I unfortunately returned. My car had code P0447, which is an electrical circuit code for a rear EVAP vent valve and P0430 catalyst system Bank 2 Shady Front-Desk Pricing & Fake Labor Hours: When I brought it 1st time to set an appointment for a diagnostic James at the front desk told me the diagnostic would be $370 because they "needed 2 hours" to test it. Later when I come back to actually do the diagnostic James was outside and a different employee at the front desk told me it was $185 (for 1 hour of work). The two employees talked outside and when they came back inside, James looked unhappy and forced an arbitrary price of $300 on me. Because of this sketchy behavior, I watched them work on my car. They spent exactly 50 minutes doing the "2-hour" diagnostic. They Replaced the Wrong Parts: Based on that rushed, falsified 50-minute diagnostic, they billed me a staggering $4,573 to replace my entire exhaust system, including oxygen sensors and an OEM catalytic converter (spending about 5 hours on the physical repair over the weekend and thy charged me for 10 hours of labor) Worse yet, they replaced the WRONG catalytic converter. Their invoice shows they charged me for Part #208A2-9HP0A, which belongs to Bank 1 (rear/firewall side). Exactly 7 days after leaving the shop, the vehicle finished its computer drive cycle and threw code P0430, which is for Bank 2 (the radiator side at the front). This code was on before I dropped the car along other code and the issue supposed be fixed. They scammed me out of $300 for a fake diagnostic, replaced a perfectly functional Bank 1 converter, completely missed the actual failing Bank 2 converter. This is severe mechanical incompetence and outright consumer fraud. I am filing complaints with corporate and the BBB, and demanding a full refund. Stay far away from Big Brand Tire & Service in Avondale.

Associates were very friendly and got to us very quickly. They gave us a 2 hour wait time and it only took 30mins definitely will go back to get our vehicle services from here only 👍🏽👍🏽 10/10

I usually get my oil changes done at the dealership and come here afterward for the free tire rotation, but I had a busy day and figured I’d save some time by getting both the oil change and tire rotation done here. I dropped my vehicle off at around 12 PM and expected plenty of time for a basic oil change and tire rotation, especially since they close at 6 PM. At around 5:30 PM, I called because I still hadn’t received any update. I was told over the phone that they were finishing up my vehicle and that it should be ready around 6 PM, so I made my way there. When I arrived, I was then told they were still working on my vehicle and that it should be done shortly. After waiting, I was told they didn’t even carry the specific oil required for my vehicle and had to send an employee to a store to purchase it. This should have been something they confirmed before accepting the vehicle and keeping it there for nearly six hours. I finally got my keys back at approximately 6:50 PM - almost 7 hours after dropping the vehicle off. What makes it even more frustrating is that I could have taken it to the dealership like I normally do, paid way less than I was charged here, and had the entire oil change completed in under two hours. Very disappointing experience. The lack of communication, the excessive wait time, and not having the correct oil available made this a complete waste of my time.
