Started with real gem over 35 years ago. Very trustworthy. Customer service is top notch. We have dealt mostly with Beth who is a real gem herself! We only have our wedding rings inspected and cleaned at Real Gem, when we vacation here from Arizona. We highly recommend them.

I went in to get a few watch links taken off to resize my watch and the lady was super nice and educating and I have a harder watch to refit and she still did it perfectly first try and it didn’t take that long to wait for and she was even really nice on the phone when she called to have me come pick it up I appreciate this place a lot.
