Super cute boutique style salon with wonderful employees- i in particular love hair stylish Megan. I've known her for years but shes an amazing stylist who makes your hair dreams come true!

I got a haircut with Casey for the 2nd time and she is AMAZING! She is very gentle when brushing my hair so much I feel like I’m gonna fall asleep, she always does exactly what I ask her and even better! , she makes sure I like the haircut and asks me questions to make sure she is doing what I want, I currently live in Middletown and is walking distance from me but if one day I move i will always come back here with her, a simple haircut gets me feeling like a million bucks!

Went into the salon feeling like I had a Carol Brady look. I definitly needed a good cut and blend. Michelle did her magic and I came out feeling wonderful. I would highly recommend Hello Gorgeous for youre beauty needs!!

Megan has been coloring my hair for over 12 years & I'm still as amazed as ever every time. The compliments I receive about my hair are endless & I have her to thank for that!

Such a great salon! I had my hair done here yesterday and was impressed by the welcoming team of stylists. I made a big change cutting my long hair and felt like the stylist listened to what I wanted. Beautiful, clean salon and boutique. I look forward to my next visit!

Originally I was not going to post a review, but I truly cannot get over how poor of an experience I had with Brooke. This was my second time coming to her, after 5 hours in the salon chair she didn’t achieve anything we had discussed when it came to my hair, I wanted to keep my roots dark ( my natural is almost black) and a more copper color like in the inspo photo. I came back the next day and a manage had to fix the mistakes she made. The only thing Brooke said to me was “I’m sorry you didn’t get exactly what you wanted”. I was too dumbfounded to speak. I am thankful for the manager for fixing my hair but this review is about Brooke. Her manner of handling the situation was absolutely unprofessional. I was nothing but kind, never raised my voice or anything, and she was rude and sassy after I had already paid for the service and tipped her. Even giving me side eyed as her manager was fixing my hair the next day. I never even received an official apology from her for messing up my hair, She couldn’t even acknowledge the fact that she did indeed botch my hair. I rarely ever get my hair done by a professional and Brooke solidified my trust issues with salons. If you do come to this salon, I recommend booking with one of the managers or a more seasoned professional.

So I asked for a balayage or even full highlights and this is what I ended up with… disappointing

I was promised layers and i got none. Asked for volume, and I look like a wet puppy. I know it takes a while to do layers in my thin hair, so should have said something when my cut did not take much time. They are nice, though, and i get social anxiety, so i gave a tip, too. Then went home and spent almost 2 hours cutting layers into my own hair. I'm poor, took me 3 years to save up for a haircut. All that saving for a nice shampoo and a straight bottom edge? I guess this haircut game is for rich people. Sometimes i think that people deliberately do a bad job to make me look less pretty. Which is so unfair, because i've been single for a very long time, and i need all the help i can get. Now, once again, i have to go around with my own (not very professional) haircut for the next 3 years until i can build up the trust and cash to allow this sort of nonsense on my head.
