Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Tailwind Reviews application, website (tailwind.reviews) and related services (the "Service") operated by [Legal entity name], [address], [country] ("Tailwind", "we").
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the legal entity you represent. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. The Service
Tailwind Reviews is a reputation-management product that aggregates reviews, comments, replies and mentions from third-party platforms the Customer connects (Google Business Profile, Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, Threads profiles), and lets the Customer respond to that content from a single dashboard.
We may modify, add or remove features. We will give reasonable advance notice of any material decrease in functionality.
3. Customer responsibilities
The Customer:
- represents that it owns or is authorized to manage every third-party business asset it connects to Tailwind;
- is responsible for the content it publishes through Tailwind, including replies sent through Meta and Google APIs;
- will not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes;
- will not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer or circumvent rate limits;
- will comply with the terms of every connected third-party platform, including Meta and Google.
4. Third-party platforms
The Service depends on APIs provided by third parties (Meta, Google, others). Their availability, rate limits and data fields are outside our control. The Customer's use of those platforms remains subject to those platforms' own terms.
4.1 Meta Platform Terms
When the Customer connects a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account or Threads profile to Tailwind, the Customer's use of Tailwind in connection with those assets is subject to:

Tailwind agrees to comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies in its handling of data received from Meta APIs, including the limits described in our Privacy Policy at tailwind.reviews/privacy §4 (no advertising use, no sale, no model training, deletion within 30 days of disconnect).
The Customer represents that it has the right to grant Tailwind access to the Meta business assets it connects, and is responsible for content it publishes through those assets via Tailwind.
4.2 Google API Services User Data Policy
When the Customer connects a Google Business Profile, Tailwind's handling of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Subscription, fees and trials
Plans, fees and any free-trial terms are described at tailwind.reviews/pricing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on at least 30 days' notice for the next billing cycle.
6. Confidentiality and security
We protect Customer data per our Privacy Policy. The Customer agrees not to disclose any non-public information about the Service obtained during a private beta or evaluation.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the Service, software, branding and documentation. The Customer retains all rights to content it submits or generates. The Customer grants us a limited licence to host, process and display that content for the sole purpose of providing the Service.
8. AI-generated suggestions
The Service may produce AI-generated reply suggestions. Suggestions are drafts only; the Customer is responsible for reviewing and approving every suggestion before publishing it through Meta, Google or any other platform. We do not warrant that suggestions are accurate or appropriate for any particular context.
9. Acceptable use
The Customer must not use the Service to:
- harass, defraud or impersonate any person;
- publish illegal, infringing, hateful or spam content;
- breach third-party platforms' terms (including Meta and Google);
- interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice. The Customer may cancel from in-app settings; Tailwind may terminate immediately for violation of §9 or non-payment. On termination we delete data per Privacy Policy §8.
11. Disclaimer; limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement). Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages.
12. Indemnification
The Customer will indemnify Tailwind against claims arising from the Customer's content, breach of §3, §4 or §9, or violation of third-party rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [jurisdiction] or, where permitted, by binding arbitration.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at tailwind.reviews/terms and by e-mail at least 14 days before they take effect.
