Turning Natural

I'm so glad I stumbled upon Turning Natural. The service was great and my Muhammad Ali smoothie was tasty. I'll definitely be back.

A customer wrote that she was two minutes late but the door was still open. They did not provide service. Sure the door should have locked but was probably just a honest oversight. To give the business a one star is not fair. Get there before closing time! Respect the workers who are finishing up their shift and preparing the cleanup.

I’ve ordered from Turning Natural several times because I really like their açaí bowls, but unfortunately, every single time something is wrong with my order. The first time, they forgot all of the toppings on my açaí bowl. The second time, they put random toppings on it that I never ordered. The third time, I specifically ordered my bowl without bananas because I do not like bananas, and they put bananas all over it anyway. Now today, I ordered the same açaí bowl I always order, and honestly, I don’t even know what they gave me. I’ll be uploading pictures because the order is completely different from what I requested. I understand mistakes happen, but this has happened multiple times, and at this point it’s extremely frustrating. If customers are ordering specific toppings and ingredients, the order needs to be checked before it goes out—especially when ordering through DoorDash. I really hope management addresses this because I would like to continue ordering, but it’s getting to the point where I can’t trust that I’ll receive what I actually paid for.

I ordered the Vegan Belgian Waffle with a spinach patty and water. Everything was under $15. Great service and good quality. I would return here again.

Tried to patronize a local, black business but was turned away immediately after entering because they were closed (doors were unlocked however). It was not until I turned around that I saw the opening hours. Guess I’ll patronize Tropical Smoothie since I was 2 minutes too late 🫠

Turning Natural is hands down my favorite vegan smoothie spot. Customer service is always top tier and everything I get is delicious. My fave thing is their spinach patty and I usually get a Marion Barry smoothie. I can’t say enough good things about them! Highly recommend! The patties are so fresh and are always filled with seasoned delicious spinach! Didn’t get a picture of my drink this time but it was amazing

Always a great vibe

I had a great first experience at this location. My smoothie was hand delivered to my table and food as well. I appreciate the little things as I had my baby and I was juggling a lot. The young man took my order quickly and explained all the menu items that were new to me. The food was fresh and well presented and such good flavors. I’ll be back!
