Ordered Delivery in advance, I wish I read "lowest reviews" first. Don't waste your time here. Online everything looks big and delicious.. it's not. There has to be AI or paid reviews here. Everyone saying a Costco croissant is better is 1000% correct. I could make plenty of these way better for the same price, if not cheaper.. at home. The croissants were cold and stale.. my partner and I each ordered a breakfast and dessert croissant with drinks, well in advance before they open to be delivered to us first thing in the morning.. we live just under 2mi away so expected hot and fresh food.. not week old sandwiches. I don't recommend ordering delivery, their website delivers with doordash but you have to personally contact the store about any issues, dealing with doordash is easier. One of the drinks was recieved without a lid and of course nothing was sealed (which is actually required by law) no answer when called, I don't expect my voicemail to be recieved or responded to. Don't thank me for my feedback. Just give me my money back for this massive overpriced dissapointment and learn how to manage then we can call it even.

Slow, slow, SLOW! It took almost one full hour to get our order after we placed it—and we only ordered two turkey croissants. The problem wasn’t simply the number of people in line. The entire process of preparing and getting food out was extremely slow. You could see multiple customers waiting a long time for their orders. My wife had been really looking forward to this place opening because she is from Western Ukraine, so we were genuinely excited to try it. Unfortunately, after this experience, we’re not sure when we’ll be back. What frustrated me even more was the response when I spoke to the lady at the counter. I told her, “It has been an hour since we placed our order,” and instead of acknowledging the delay, she argued that it had been 55 minutes. Seriously? At that point, arguing over five minutes is not the way to respond to a customer who has already been waiting nearly an hour. The food itself was good, and that is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. The kitchen workflow and customer service definitely need improvement.

By the time the food arrives, you will have already lost your appetite.
