They have a really great service they are understanding when it comes to your situation and very flexible too

I got my car towed to them by their tow driver because it would not start. They called me back and told me they fixed it and it was only loose wires. Then told me I needed all these other things. I paid for the other services. My brakes have been grinding and making loud noise ever since they touched them. I asked them to fix them they did NOTHING!! My check engine light was back on a day later and my car cut off again within a week. I took it back multiple times after they told me they fixed it. I already knew it was on for a “catalytic converter” code because I already had a print out prior to taking it there and their staff also confirmed it but when they told me it was “loose wires” over the phone that they fixed I felt relieved not knowing they were lying. Each time they give it back they say it started right up when it got there and there is no light on. I’m like well how is that? Come to find out they were unhooking my battery and hooking it back up which would cause the car to start and check engine light to go off until you drive for a few miles. They are so full of it. They get over on people specifically women like me. I will NEVERRRR go back! They are liars and have nasty attitudes. All of them!! The guy that answers the phone all the way down to the workers. I DO NOT recommend!!

Recently while out running errands, my husband attempted to park the car and it wouldnt go in park. After trying several times & turning power off, it wouldn’t change gears at all showing stuck in drive position. We had to make an executive decision on a tow truck/repair shop quickly. Not from the area, unsure who to call and it was after 5pm… we searched google & found Adams Tires. I’m so thankful we chose them because everything went smooth & quickly. They came, picked up vehicle, fixed the problem and it has been running great ever since. Apparently the cord/wire of whatever had broken causing it not to change gears. Great customer service, honest & fair pricing & prompt! I will be back in the future
