I’m very disappointed with my experience. I had already scheduled my appointment with someone who knew how to do the specific design I wanted, but when I arrived, someone else did my nails and this was never communicated to me. If she wasn’t able to do the design, I would have appreciated her being upfront so I could have rescheduled. I appreciate that I was only charged $45, but this isn’t about the money. It’s about the lack of communication and being unhappy with the final result. As for the salon owner that has been in the business industry for a long time. should be well known to communicate with customers.

I choose to get my nails done here because I saw good reviews on TikTok and I regret it. The lady that’s usually there was very rude and super unwelcoming, the only reason I went back one more time was to get a nail fixed. She used the wrong type of nail (ones that curved). I was trying to tell her it looks off and it’s not what I want and she had the audacity to ignore me then proceed to say “we’re out of those”… This was super unprofessional and if I was told before I would left, instead of getting 2 crooked nails. My biggest issue isn’t the nail shape, it’s how she reacted and how she ignored me when i mentioned it. Barely anybody greets or says bye to you as you leave😂. I definitely do not recommend this place especially if you like to have a good relationship with your nails tech!

First time here getting a pedicure. Staff were friendly & talented. My daughter & I enjoyed their massage chairs & coffee while having our pedicure. We will definitely return.

Walked in with a picture of exactly what I wanted to be told 100percent you need builder gel with tip which I also did not want. Well that lasted me about a week . Also anything that is double dipped and used for community is disgusting and not sanitary would not recommend also asked if this would include cuticle care and was told it was but it was not

This is my first pedicure and I'm so glad I got it at Kim's! I feel like the staff really heard me when I said this is my first pedicure so there was some gentle guidance. I got the 45 minute hydrating pedicure treatment with the hot stone massage, and it was also my first hot stone massage and that was great! My calves ankles and feet feel so rejuvenated!

First, the top of my foot and toes is all cut up because she used a sanding block on it which is not meant for that thin of skin. Also, they told me to pick out a color, which I did, which were not specified if they were gel or regular polishes. Had my service done and she used gel which I just assumed was standard there since they didn't ask then I was charged an extra $15 at check out "because I had gel not regular polish". I thought that was a bit sneaky of them.

Came in for the grand re-opening and they were incredibly welcoming and generous with food, drinks, gifts, smiles and kindness! It's so beautiful inside. Their nails and spa menu was luxurious with high quality products and services. Will be back!
