I just got the most half-assed pedicure I've ever gotten. I don't know if it's because I answered "no" to a manicure, eye brow wax and design on my toes or what but sheesh! I barely got a foot scrub, she was rough cutting my nails and my polish was drippy on my big toes when she was done. I had a big bruise on my shin so she massaged around it but then barely massaged my legs period. Needless to say, I won't be going back here for any services unfortunately.

I had a very disappointing experience here. Before my service even started, I clearly explained three separate times that I wanted gel polish with an overlay on my big toes. I also asked about the price beforehand to make sure we were on the same page. As she was doing my toes, I noticed she never applied the overlay. When I asked about it, she kept insisting, “It is, it is.” She showed me a bottle of builder gel, but that isn’t what I asked for. I explained that I specifically wanted an overlay, not just builder gel or regular gel polish. When it came time to pay, she still tried to charge me $60 even though I didn’t receive the service I requested. After I questioned why I was paying full price for something I didn’t get, she lowered it to $50. She became noticeably irritated after I spoke up, so I paid and left to avoid any further issues. The most frustrating part is that by the very next day, the gel polish was already chipping on multiple toes. There are chips all over the polish after less than 24 hours, which is completely unacceptable. I paid for a professional service, and the quality did not match the price. I won’t be returning. Wish I can give no stars.

Don’t not go to this salon. I had the worst experience. First I asked for French tips and she tried to put the white straight on after the acrylic and got irritated when I told her I wanted a nude/pink base coat. Then my French tips are sloppy and have air bubbles. She over filled my natural nails and now they are super thin. Then the acrylic is uneven and add extremely thick is certain areas.

I went back to get my toes done because the nail polish actually came off the next day. When I came back the attitude was awful. It seems as if they didn't want to be bothered. I had to ask three different people to re-do the toenail. the first person when finished my toes polished started sliding leaving a space on both toes. When I ask one of the techs, she was short and didn't want to be bothered. then I pulled another person over who came and finally assisted. Needless to say, I won't go back!

I went to the salon today; of course, no one speaks English, and the owner wasn't there. I came in for a builder gel fill on Monday. Communication was difficult, and I left with a streaky, uneven set. Less than five days later, the gel lifted completely off my pinky nail. My natural nail was close to breaking, so I returned for a repair. Today, it took about ten minutes to get anyone’s attention. The technician who did my nails told me to come back tomorrow, even after I explained my nail was about to break. Another technician eventually looked at it and, without asking, cut the nail in half. I only wanted the crack repaired and the missing gel replaced. She then tried to add a tip and apply acrylic. When I explained my nails were builder gel, she became frustrated and suggested I wait for the original technician. At that point, I just wanted to leave. The interaction felt rude and dismissive. The repair was thick, lumpy, and uneven, and now I have to pay another salon to fix it. I’ve never left a one-star review before, but this experience earned it. This was the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had.

I go to Tina everytime I go never had a problem.

This place got some terrible reviews but I like to see for myself. I made an appointment for a pedicure Saturday @ noon, got there on time and was seated quickly. Andy did my feet and he was very professional, polite, asked me what I wanted and provided the service. Absolutely no issues. I loved the way he did the pedicure and polish. I will be going back and requesting Andy.

The worse nail experience ever. Everything was wrong! The filling, shaping, nail polish and the rough filing were not right.

I’ve been going to the salon for various nail services well over 10 years. I have appreciated the quality of services and overall customer service. I have only had Tammy perform my nail care but have observed other nail technicians and they all seem well trained in the latest nail trends.
